Eine wirklich aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft für jemand, der das Besondere sucht. Die Anfahrt wird schon mit sehr viel Mühe durch die nette Hausherrin Rosa erleichtert. Der Eingang des B&B befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Ristorante "Del Dragone". Es führt eine zwar steile Treppe hinauf zu den Zimmern, jedoch sieht man nach wenigen Schritten sofort, dass hier mit viel Geschmack, mit Aufwand und Liebe zum Detail restauriert wurde. Alles wirkt erfrischend hell, freundlich und einladend. Man kann mit dem Auto bis zum Piazza Castello fahren, dort entladen und das Gepäck dann die Stufen hinuntertragen zum B&B. Zum eigentlichen privaten Parkplatz (Tor zu öffnen und zu schließen mit Code) muss man dann etwa wieder 300 m bergab zurückfahren. Die kurzen Anstrengungen werden aber definitiv belohnt. Pascuale hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, beim Gepäcktragen geholfen und alles erklärt. Unser Zimmer "Sosandra" hatte eine Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick zum Meer mit zwei gemütlichen Sesseln und bietet am heißen Mittag und Nachmittag einen wunderbaren Schatten. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und wird immer sehr gründlich geputzt. Man bekommt vom Lärm der am Abend lebhaften Via Giuiseppe Palma kaum etwas mit. Hochwertige geräuscharme Türen und Fenster, Terrassentür mit Moskitoschutz. Aqua naturale wird im Kühlschrank täglich aufgefüllt und ist kostenfrei. Die Matratzen haben eine gute Qualität. Bad und Dusche sind in gelb und blau illuminiert. Das Frühstück wird auf der mit Meerblick wundervollen überdachten Dachterrasse, im Falle auch windgeschützt, von Rosa und ihrer herzlichen Mitarbeiterin Maria serviert. Hausgemachte Marmeladen, hausgemachte Crostate oder Torte und Biscotti, Spremute, frisches und trockenes Obst, Joguhurt, Eier, Zerealien, Käse, Schinken und Salami, und vorallem für ital. Verhältnisse eine gutes Brot, auch in Vollkornvariation, auf Wunsch auch mit Oliven und Tomaten lecker zubereitet. Zum Pizzomunno-Strand läuft man die Viale Federico...

Beautiful room, attention to detail (interior design is a mix between modern & vintage elements); top services, great location, with access to a roof top terrace (best place in town for a sunset view❤). Overall a really good stay for a relaxing time out, beds are comfy and breakfast is delicious (continental).

The views from the rooftop are just amazing and the location is perfect to explore Vieste. The breakfast was excellent and the food you get in their restaurant is the best we had on our 2 weeks trip through Apulia. The owners are very nice and welcoming. The room is very beautiful as well.

The check-in Times are limited during afternoon. We arrived around 4.30 pm in the afternoon but check-in was only possible at 6.30 pm as nobody was available on the phone. I don't know how strict they take it usually, but as we arrived they had a family emergency.

Fabulous B&B, an all time favorite! The building was renovated in 2014 with great attention to details. The rooftop terrace is a great space, with gorgeous views, and breakfast prepared especially for the guest. Rosa is a gracious host. Her husband’s restaurant across the street, in a cave, is a MUST. We had a basic room. We should have splurged!

Very bad service and responsiveness from owner. I messaged her about our arrival. She made us wait outside the property in the cold weather with our bags because she lives elsewhere in the city. She had breakfast on an outdoor terrace in 40degree cold weather, never apologized for not being there on our arrival. The 2nd night the heat did not work. Again, she was not responsive, I asked for partial refund… unresponsive. Also the room was nice and central, I would not recommend stsying here because the owner is offsite and unresponsive..Very poor!
