The apartment is a GREAT location. Kitchen is well equipped. And the apartment is historic but well maintained. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are updated. Light duty lift (elevator) was a pleasure for the 5th floor unit. Nice patio (in pictures). Would definitely stay again!

It was a lovely apartment. We really enjoyed staying there. It had easy access to everything. The owner is a little nervous but nice.

We stayed 3 nights in this apartment and we enjoyed it. 12 minute walk to Coliseum and close to metro, so easy access to things. The apartment was comfortable and adequate for the 4 of us adults. Could use some touchups here and there. Also, proximity to Termin train station was both good and bad.We walked our bags to the train station for our train but the couple of blocks around Termini are kinda seedy. Kitchen had very basic cooking items. AC worked greatr, waterer pressure was great, and the patio was a delight. Would stay there again.

The place was beautiful and clean. Alot of great shops and restaurants in the area. The host also offered a van transfer to Fiumicino Airport which was very helpful, they picked us up at 0645 in the morning. Unfortunately the elevators were broken the day we arrived (they were actively doing repairs when we arrived), note that this apartment is on the fifth floor so it was a bit of a challenge taking our luggage up. The checkout process was a bit confusing because you needed keys to open 2 sets of doors in the front of the building to get out, a mistake on our part was not asking how we would get out of the building and where to return the keys. We almost locked ourselves in the lobby since we left the keys in the apartment and we couldn’t open the front doors and couldn’t go back to the apartment to get the keys, luckily someone walked in and opened the doors. Other than that the place was beautiful, the balcony was a very nice touch.

Sandro was extremely helpful when we arrived in making sure we understood everything about the apartment. It’s a beautiful apartment wonderfully decorated with enough space for our group of 7. Every detail was taken into account. It is close to most things for walking. The furthest is the Vatican which is about a 40 min walk. I would come back again

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. There were even two small balconies on the back side of the apartment looking into the middle of a building which was so adorable. These weren’t shown in the photos so it was a fun surprise! Elisa and the team were so incredibly helpful during our check in process (we had a couple different arrival times) and they were so accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this stay. Many thanks!!

The property was great, the host didn't meet with us, she let us drop our luggage and we were met with someone who didn't speak english. We had to pay taxes in Euros before we left and the host asked us in a note to leave at 10 am sharp, I guess because we dropped luggage early.

The apartment was exactly as was pictured in the posting and an absolutely great experience for our first time in Rome! Far enough from the crazy busy tourist spots to not feel overwhelming when leaving the apartment but still easy to get to all the hot spots by walking or a $6 - $10 taxi ride. Great small bar down below and lots of restaurants close by. Apartment was super clean and had everything needed for our 4 night stay….or even longer. Loved the patio and spent so many great moments out there for coffee and drinks! Totally recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location worked well four our family. The outside porch was a pleasure to have access to. Great stay and great communications.

This place was perfect for my husband and I and our parents. It was super clean and the air con worked great. We stayed for 3 nights in the heat of August with no issues. The showers were hot, beds were comfortable and the rooftop terrace was a great perk for later on in the evening. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that is traveling to Rome.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment, especially for Rome. We loved spending a little time on terrace in the mornings and evenings in between our Rome explorations. Good location to walk to many of the popular locations and to the Termini train station.

This apt was the perfect start to our vacation to start with, our host made arrangements not only to let us drop off luggage early but out.of concern for our granddaughter and the extreme heat, made arrangements for us to get our apt earlier in the day which was much appreciated. After that, Elisa continued to be a dream, responsive to our many questions. The balcony was a beautiful place to start the day with an espresso and a great pla e for a card game in the evening! Having a baby, the laundry facilities was a lifesaver. We were easily located near things we needed and a taxi station for travel. It was also very secure. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Really lovely and well-appointed. The hosts are extremely friendly. The only issue was one of the bedrooms does not have airconditioning.

Our family had a great time in this apartment. There was 7 of us (6 adults & 1 teen). It was conveniently located to sites, and great restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating! When we return to Rome we will definitely stay here again!

Sandro and Cinzia were great hosts. We ended up having delays with our flights and they were very accommodating. They helped us get our transfer from the airport to their apartment and also from apartment to the cruise port. We had a small issue in the middle of the night and it was remedied quickly with the help of Cinzia. We would definitely go back. Location was great, and the apartment was roomy with all amenities. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Cinzia was a wonderful host! The apartment is lovely and historic, in a great location walking to train station, taxi stand, the Colosseum, and historic sites. It is close to neighborhood cafes and trattorias and little stores.

Cinzia was extremely helpful in arranging transportation from airport to the apartment and then to the port. She was clear in communication of the cost and also made suggestions for transportation around Rome. The apartment was centrally located to all of the sights we wanted to see. A great 3 day adventure.

The place was incredibly comfortable and a quick walk from the train station. The only downside is that it is off a busy street which can be a bit loud sometimes. However, the beauty and how well kept it is triumphs the noise.

The owner and her father stayed in touch with us and was very responsive whenever we needed anything. He met us at the apartment to welcome us and went over everything with us. He helped us with local transportation and they were an excellent company and very reliable. There was a book they had made that was in the apartment that had valuable information about sites to see, restaurants they enjoy, etc. Such a great place for our family of 7. Three bedrooms and 2 baths. One of the grandsons had to sleep on a pull-out sofa in the bedroom. He is 5'11" and it was tight for him. Would have been okay for a smaller person. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night at this great property before heading home via Rome. This apartment was large and suited our family of 6 adults comfortably. The location was a great, easy walking distance to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. While there is a small elevator available, keep in mind this apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building. Aside from transporting luggage upstairs and downstairs, we used the stairs the majority of the time. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, safe and secure. When we return to Rome, we will most certainly stay at this property again.

Our family of 4 seniors thoroughly enjoyed our stay In this apartment. We were warmly greeted by Pamela.who stowed our luggage and gave us a thoroigh overview of the space. The apartment was very clean, had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well ( it was hot outside). Even though there is no living room, the kitchen table and balcony provided the space we needed to mingle. There is a great supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants, coffee and pastry shops in the neighborhood. The metro and train station are both a short walk away. Cinzia was excellent. Very helpful in arranging transfers from from the cruise port and to the airport. Very good communications overall. We highly recommend.
