Location is great, close to the central area and very convenient for us to get more supply. Nice back garden with outdoor table for BBQ dinner. Everything works well and come with lots of essential.
Nothing really bother us to be honest. The house is very homely but some people may prefer a more modern day house.

The house was big, clean and beautiful. We absolutely loved our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, cups, utensils etc. The gardens are well maintained and the perfect spot for an afternoon drink. If I'm back in Healesville, this is the place I'll stay.

Victorian style home with big backyard and nice shower downstairs. Well equipped kitchen and sufficient towels. Great games for children

We had a great stay at Lucy’s place, Lucy was very kind and welcoming. The facilities were great and everything was there that we needed to make our stay even better.

Wow, what a spacious and beautiful home to stay in. Our large family was able to enjoy the huge home comfortably without getting in each other’s space. The garden is pristine and added to the viewing enjoyment. Lucy was a super star, her communication was attentive and was willing to answer the phone and help us out with ease. We will definitely return and highly recommend Serenity to anyone wanting to stay in Healesville. Thanks Lucy for everything you did for us.

The random open toilet in one of the bedrooms (unfortunately the room I stayed in).
