Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed staying in Casa Nautica! This home is a gem, sparkling clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed and more. Location is perfect, right on the canal, close to beaches and town. Thanks to Annie, we had an awesome vacation in Key Colony Beach, and plan to return. Highly recommend!!

The location was just what we needed, able to relax outside and also enjoy activities around the area. The house was well stocked and very clean!

Property is a duplex located on a canal in Marathon, FL. The other half of the duplex is uninhabited which makes this a very peaceful place to stay. You have everything you need , a full kitchen, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. There is plenty of outside furniture too if you want to just sit and watch the fish swim by in the canal. There is even and underwater light you can turn on at night. You can also use the swim club which is nearby and has a very large pool and private beach. A nice place to vacation.

We had a wonderful week long stay at Casa Nautica! We are a family of five, two adults, & 3 teens and have stayed in Key Colony 7 times before this visit. Casa Nautica was by far our favorite rental. Annie made the check in process seamless and answered our two minor questions almost instantly. We loved how cozy the house was and we felt very comfortable and at home. We used the bikes every day and loved having access to the pool club. A kayak was provided but with all our fishing and day trip to Key West, we didn't have time to use it. We cooked at home and had everything we could possibly need. We loved dining in the lanai and enjoying coffee under the tiki. We rented a boat and the fish cleaning station and bait freezer were an added bonus! We've never seen any home provide fishing poles and supplies. Annie even said we could use the leftover in the bait freezer which we willingly did! Overall, Casa Nautica has everything a family needs to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. This canal cottage has all you need for that laid back getaway. Really enjoyed the outdoor entertaining area with canal views. Can’t say enough about how pleasant it was working with the owners. Their quick responses and very detailed information about the property and surrounding area was very much appreciated. Great find in such a quaint super friendly community. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife & I spend the month of December at this lovely home in KCB. Couldn't have been more pleased. Super clean, beautiful view of the canal, updated appliances, etc. Everything we needed. Great to use as a home base (if you want to put some activities on the schedule) OR simply just relax. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood where everyone says hello. We rented a boat for a few days / docked right in the backyard. The owners were quick to respond to every question. They thought of everything! This is a beautiful home with so many thoughtful touches. Kayak, bikes and fishing gear for use. Access to the Cabana Club and pool. Fully stocked kitchen including seasonings to prepare your catch of the day. Comfortable and cozy beds and decor. The screened porch is a super bonus. Plus so many little extras like spare toiletries if you forgot something from home. Our family had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Casa Nautica. Hope to make it back here again. Just enjoyed a great week at Casa Nautica with my husband and 2 year old. This wasn’t our first trip to KCB but it was our first time in this home and we will definitely be staying here again. The owner clearly has gone above and beyond to make the house comfortable and inviting. There are all types of extras included like bikes, a kayak, fishing rods, beach chairs, etc that you won’t find in other rentals. The house was spotless when we arrived and came fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. We cooked several dinners at home and the kitchen had everything we needed, including basic spices. Annie was very responsive to all of my messages and incredibly accommodating. We walked to the Cabana Club everyday and my husband went on a charter out of the marina right on the island. We were able to grill his catch that night while relaxing under the tiki hut. Really just a great vacation and home and we were so sad to leave!

This place was one of our favorite places we have stayed! The property inside and out is top notch, clean, and stocked with everything you could imagine! As the kids enjoyed fishing from the dock a manatee and her baby came to say hi. The dock was perfect for our boat with big bumpers and plenty of lighting! The only down fall we were all sad to leave! We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a great vacay!

Our stay at Casa Nautica was the best! It was like a home away from home for our family and a place we didn’t want to leave. The house had everything inside we needed. The decor was adorable. We spent a lot of our time outside under the Tiki Hut and bike riding on the bikes that came with the rental. We enjoyed watching the fish in the canal and we even saw a manatee. Would highly recommend Casa Nautica!

Casa Nautica was a perfect fit for our family of four spring break vacation. The property was very realistically portrayed in the pictures. Our family fished daily in the canal and caught several fish. We also enjoyed beautiful sunsets and spotted several different marine animals in the canal including two sharks, a manatee, a sting ray and may fish. We also enjoyed the used of the cabana club with it's beautiful, big pool and well groomed beach daily. Annie was a very attentive hostess answering all of our questions within the hour. We would highly recommend both this property and host for your family vacation. It is a beautiful spot in the stunning florida keys.

This home was beautifully decorated and comfortable for the three of us. Plenty of areas to enjoy the outdoors and it was just perfect for parking the truck and trailer with the boat in the water at its dock right outside the back door. The owners were always kind and helpful and graciously welcomed us with a bottle of wine. The Cabana Club and Sunset Park are a nice walk or bike ride away. There is a sign as you enter the neighborhood that says "If you are lucky enough to be in The Florida Keys you are lucky enough". I would add "If you are lucky enough to find Casa Nautica in Key Colony you have doubled your luck"

The house was very nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen had a fridge with an ice maker and was fully equiped with anything you might need. The tiki hut was great for sitting outside during the day or in the evening. Plenty of lighting - walkway, tiki hut,dock area and in the water. Used the washer and dryrer which were relatively new and easy to operate. Owner was responsive to all my questions and easy to work with.

Casa Nautica was perfect for our family over Christmas. The location was great and we took advantage of the Cabana Club and played golf and tennis. The house had everything you could possibly need and was very clean. We will be back! Thanks again!

We loved staying at Casa Nautica in Marathon. We have stayed in Key Colony in the years past and this house was one of the most accommodating (and best decorated!) ones we have been in. It was super convenient to take the boat to both the gulf and atlantic oceans. Everything was super clean and we had all the comforts of home. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Our first time staying in the Keys. It's a great property. Clean, quiet, and convenient. For our purposes it was a base of operation for offseason fly fishing and a little sight seeing. Everything we needed was available locally. We did dock our boat for a couple days but ended up trailering to find backcountry fishing. Thanks to the owners who were available by text to resolve any questions we had. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Casa Nautica was a dream!! The decor is magazine-worthy, the layout is lovely, the house is perfectly kept, the location is amazing...I could go on and on!! Our family of 4 fit comfortably & we found plenty of things to do nearby. It was truly a relaxing week and we cannot wait to go back!! The owner is so helpful, a pleasure to work with & was able to answer any questions we had promptly. Highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful and well maintained property. Perfect for couples or small family. The owners have left nothing to chance. Kayaks, fishing equipment, and bikes provided. Brand new appliances and obviously recently remodeled. Walking distance to Sunset Beach. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. Things like having a kayak available as well as fishing equipment and bikes make the vacation perfect. Will be back here again!

Casa Nautica was completely renovated, spotless and decorated right on trend! Everything was perfect right down to the luxury linens. Truly a treat! We have a family of four (all adults) and the space was just enough. Annie was extremely easy to work with and prompt with responses to our questions. She is a sweetheart! This was our first time renting on VBRO and definitely will do this again...hopefully back at Casa Nautica

We had the privilege of spending 8 weeks at this tropical retreat! It was absolutely our home away from home. Ana has thought of everything! The home was neat and clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed and then some. From the time of booking to the minute we left Ana was attentive to all of our needs and questions. We enjoyed sitting in the screen room with our morning coffee or on the patio with an afternoon refreshment just watching the boats cruise by. KCB is a very friendly and safe community and we loved that we could walk or bike to everything KCB has to offer day or night. We enjoyed every minute of our stay - so much so that we are already booked for next year! Thank you Ana for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Nautica. I wouldn't have changed a thing about this place. Very clean and cute. Lots of amenities and extras like beach chairs, bikes, and well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and a quick walk to Sunset Beach, which had better sunsets than when we saw in Key West! We walked the neighborhood every day and fished in the canal in the evening.The owner was easy to communicate with and on top of everything with quick responses. Even though the space was big enough for more than just my husband and I, it works well for just two people too. Our top 3 favorites about this property though were the screened in porch, the proximity to Sunset Park(easy walk) and Sombrero Beach (easy drive), and also the Cabana Club- the employees and other patrons here were very nice and the beach and pool were great. We would definitely recommend to others and go back again.

My wife and I along with our two boys (ages 11 & 14) had the best vacation ever at Casa Nautica. There are many things to do in the Florida Keys, but we probably had the best time just hanging out at Casa Nautica where we fished off of the dock and had some great quality time together. Can not wait to go back which is what we have all agreed upon. Thanks Annie !!!

Everything from the reservation to the stay was great. Annie was helpful and so easy to work with. The house is neatly kept and a great location if you plan to explore the Keys or just stay near Marathon. We'd highly recommend this home!

We just returned from our stay at Casa Nautica. The owner was so helpful throughout the entire rental process. The photos are a very accurate depiction of the home although they don't capture the peace and fun we experienced. The house is fully furnished, more so than we expected. My girls were thrilled to even find fishing poles. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are all very friendly. We would definitely recommend this property to vacationers.
