Todo muy bien en gral !

The staff was great, pool was nice and clean and not many ppl using it. Access to transportation was easy due to tacos being outside.

The location was a bit too far from anything and there was no beach or easy access to any of the beaches. The room was a clean but the bed had linens that needed a second wash.

The breakfast buffet is good, the beds are very comfy, the living room in my room, the air conditioning is top-notch, clean air, fast cooling, very nice. The toilet is silent.

The bathroom faucet was missing the aerator, the room coffee machine was not operating correctly, some cockroaches in the parking lot, I guess because of the heat. The guests who feel entitled are the ones who make for a bad experience, leaving dirty dishes next to the food instead of in the area for it, and making the cooks have a hard time. The pool is small and fills quickly with few people.

I liked the facilities, hotel location, breakfast was great and delicious. The staff was friendly. Cleaned room.

we really liked the facilities like the pool and the gym and the size and layout of the hotel room and the lobby

we weren’t a big fan of the upkeep of the room, there was mold in the shower, I found the bed too soft (the springs were quite stretched)

The reception staff didn't know how to add anoher day to my reservation. I couldn't add it through booking and when they couldn't do it for me, they asked me to make a call to a reservation center. The prices kept going up by each minute I waited. It would have been nice for staff to also provide informtion of local attractions.

all the staff were excellent! the rooms were nice and clean. pool was heated and well taken care of. breakfast was delicious and so convenient - available 7:00-10:00 every morning.

a clearly marked filtered water station in the lobby would be great!
