Mamaral is located in a very nice town of Agerola. the place is clean, and peaceful. the weather is cooler compared to Amalfi and most of all— the local people are friendly. Bus stop is 8 min walk (Bomerano) also Bomerano is the starting point to the path of the gods.. a 9Km hike to Positano! Took us 3.5 hour hike! The restaurant nearby is the best food we ate during our trip in Italy! Laura is the receptionist— friendly, approachable and provides great information about the area, great dining and so much more.

The place (village) is very quiet, calm and enjoyable. The owners were friendly, Laura gave us all the information we needed and tips about what to visit or how it's best to get to Amalfi (and around the coast). I liked the cleanliness of the unit, the fact that it was cozy and, of course, the delicious breakfast.

The bus to Amalfi takes about 40min and is not that frequent but is cheaper than to try to park your car though

Beds were so uncomfortable but the worst was the owner, Laura' s response when I wanted to leave early. It was really a terrible experience.

The hosts were very friendly and polite. It’s a place where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature . The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was incredible with local fresh products

Everything was great

Amazing hospitality, great location, nice view, spacious room, excellent breakfast. The room was immaculate with a wonderful view from the balcony. Very close to the path of gods or fiordo di furore hikig trails which you can take to easily reach Positano or the Amalfi coast in general on foot. The hosts are very welcoming, even packed us breakfast when we had an early departure plus you can also enjoy a very good home cooked dinner while watching the sunset, definitely recommend!

The property is situated in peaceful surroundings. There’s an outdoor area to enjoy drinks and food which is delicious at their restaurant.

The staff were friendly and helpful, beautiful room with lovely big balcony, very comfortable, quiet, good air-conditioning. Very close to the start of the Path of the Gods walk. Lovely village that had plenty of food options. The breakfast was also lovely, lots of fresh fruit/vegetables that they grew in the village, nice patio outside in the shade to have breakfast in.

It was difficult to get from Naples airport as public transport stopped at 21:30 which meant I had to pay €170 for a taxi. Also the buses down to Amalfi were very very busy and we weren't able to get onto it as it was full, so again had to get a taxi down instead which was €80 for 9 people.

Nothing everything was perfect....

It is a very nice and cosy place to stay. We had a room with balcony which was clean, big and comfortable. The owner is a very kind and lovely family who are always there to help you. On the departure day, they even dropped us at the bus station so we didn't have to walk with heavy luggage. Location is accessible by a direct bus from Amalfi (one hour bus and then 10-min walking from bus stop to hotel) and there is also a direct bus to Napoli Station from a nearby bus stop. You can also have a delicious home-made dinner at the place which has to be ordered before 18:00. I absolutely recommend this place.

Two improvement suggestion: 1) please increase the variety of option for breakfast. 2) Shower in the small bathtub was not comfortable.

I’ll start with the fact that everything was done with a huge genuine smile, the energy lifting type. we parked our car by Mamaral, checked in, and left for the day. we walked path of the gods to Positano, and didn’t get back till 21:30. We received a short message asking if everything is ok. I Loved the personal attention!

Clean, nice and breakfast with no many options but OK

This place was great value for money. We chose it for the location, being close to Sentieri degli Dei, so if the hike you are after, this is perfect. It can also be a budget option to visit amalfi coast, if you rent a car. It's close and the road is very scenic. Laura and her mom made the experience something special. They asked ahead of we wanted to have dinner and they prepared 2 delicious pasta dishes. The best part was having dinner on our balcony, at Laura's proposal. They brought everything there and it was a lovely experience and we appreciated after a long day of walking and visiting. We're planning to come back and we'll choose Mamaral again

The location was perfect and the staff extremely nice. There was an option of getting a packed sandwich for lunch.

Breakfast was generally great but would be better if the toast bread was toasted or regular bread was served

Staff were exceptional, I had to check in around midnight due to travel difficulties and they constantly were in touch to reassure me this was okay. They even gave me some free cake on the house upon my eventual arrival. The next day they were happy for me to store some luggage there and return for a break between hikes. Awesome people. The location is right no several of the hiking trails so if you are hiking around Agerola this place is perfect. Room was spacious and clean.

Mamaral is well located for the path of God because it's about a 10-minute walk to the trailhead. The town of Bomerano, where it is located, is also very cozy. And every meal(breakfast, lunchbox, dinner) was very good at a reasonable price. In particular, I could get informed well from Laura on the trail and return transportation(considering the unique geography of the zone, it's very important). If I repeat God's trail, surely Mamaral will be my destination.

The access road to Mamaral(1-2 minutes) is a narrow street that is appropriate for one car. So I had to get used to sounding the horn with the car on arrival and departure. However, considering the spacious parking inside, the access issue is nothing serious.
