The modern rooms and location, very spacious and quiet for work purposes.

The room i stayed in needs more natural light however that’s just being picky.

Being put in a corner unit, next to the laundry with a thumping washing machine was not ideal. Luckily no one used the machine late at night, but we were nevertheless concerned as there was no signage regarding operating hours. No instructions on how to operate the machine, it was trial and error. Reception had no gold coin change for the machines and I was advised to go to the pub next door. There were people in the unit next to us who were smoking outside our unit, a table ,chairs and butt bin enabled this. When I approached a staff member about this, I was advised to speak to the smokers and ask them to smoke elsewhere. Smoking outside units should be banned, and a dedicated smoking area well away from accommodation needs to be put in place.
