The owners were very kind, pleasent and helpful! Even the appartment was older it had charm and very interesting interior and exterior details. Everything was clean and fresh towels and bed sheets changed twice. Location was excelent!

Thomas and Constantina are so kind that you get the feeling you went to your cousin's. They try very hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Sandy beach is 100m from the accommodation. Benches and umbrellas are placed on it. There are also trees that make shade. The water is shallow, which is suitable for young children. There are two cafes.

The nearest doctor is in Almyros (30km). They have no pediatrician at Sundays, so you have to go to Volos.

The beach is at two minutes from Theoxenia and very nice, the host are nice and helpful. They try to make you to fell good and are careful, give information and even small presents ..... At three days they cleaned the room as well is possible for the location. The village is very small and everything around is a little wild with all positive and negative aspects (the nature is beautiful, but are insects).

The rooms are modest. The village is very small, so it wasn't a market. A small one is in Pteleos, a better one in Sourpi. It is better to do some shopping before arriving. There are two taverns but i cannot eat there. First we was shocked, but finally it was acceptable. My recommendation is: If you love 4 **** Hotels with all inclusive Theoxenia isn't for you, but if you are adaptive you like wild life, a small village, you looking forward for simplicity and silence, you could find its here. Could be an interesting experience, especially if you want to be independent or/and you are with friends
