Lovely comfortable, modern room with balcony. Spotlessly clean. Gianluca is a lovely man and very helpful and informative about places to visit and he recommended nice restaurants. I liked heading to the nearby coffee shop each morning for breakfast. The Guesthouse is very central in Cagliari and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The beach is a bus ride away. The filtered tap water in the communal space was welcome. A resident (lady) in the building next door to the Guesthouse was very nice and helpful to me when I had a problem with my phone, she was able to solve my dilemma! I enjoyed my stay and would very much recommend a stay here.

The room was good; I liked that especially the AC was positioned above the front door and not above the bed. The host was very nice. Location is in the center right near the Cathedral (but its not necessarily a good thing). You can find lots of restaurants nearby, supermarket and everything you want.

During the night was very noisy, as lots of people gathered on the steps of the Cathedral, listening to music very loudly and talk and drink till 3 a.m. So, we couldn’t sleep at all.

The location was amazing, the room was very cosy and well-equipped. Breakfast in cafe nearby included just a croissant, juice and coffee, but we ordered from the menu and it was very good. The conditioner worked well. The apartment is located on the second floor.

The toilet was dirty, there were also dirty spots on the towels and looked like nobody cleaned under the bed ever. It was quite loud, when people were entering the apartment, other than that you couldn’t hear them. The terrace of our room had air conditioners installed, so the heat and noise from it wasn’t pleasurable, when you were chilling there.

Gianluca was great. Excellent location for exploring. Bathroom shower pressure great. Place was cleaned.

Very clean, nicely decorated rooms. Centrally located, 8 min on foot from the train station/port, supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby. Italian breakfast included. Very hospitable and helpful host - exceptional value for money ratio - recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at Efamoresca very much! Claudio, the host, was very nice and helpful. Make sure to follow his tips as they are extremely useful The hotel is situated really close to everything you'd need, but - at the same time - my room was very quiet. Highly recommended!
