Spacious, very clean.
The power to deter the bugs. It was annoying!

The beds were super comfortable. It was a quiet location.
It felt deserted and lacked atmosphere. There was no information on the availability of services around the area.
I was told nothing about the services when I checked in. I expected a lot more service for the price.
We were advised or a power outage on the Sunday but were not offered a complimentary breakfast or coffee etc for the inconvenience. I had to check out as I could not even boil the kettle.
Overall quite disappointing.

Probably the newest accomodation option in Barooga.
It’s a shame the original golf clubhouse is closed as it feels a little bit like a ghost town. Doesn’t affect the hotel rooms but the empty clubhouse feels odd.

breakfast menu is not clear what is included, not included. my husband ordered fruit toast, but was asked to pay $7 for a smoothie. I ordered an $18 breakfast and juice, and encouraged to also order a coffee. what’s included as ‘breakfast’ needs to be clear.

badly overpriced, outdated and poor furnishings, no fan, no chairs or table, spiderwebs, mozzies…… no good.

Very unclear how to check in as Villa separated from check in by 1 km. We had to ask another guest how to check in. Breakfast was included however was back at the check-in section and unclear what was available in the Breakfast.

Very comfortable and relaxing environment every you needed was there.
Finding how to check in difficult and can't park near your villa so have to do few trips back to the car which is the other end of the villas.

After hour key collection wasn’t easy to locate for first timers, a map may have helped considering we got in very late at night.
