The breakfast was fantastic. Maeve goes above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you could dream of for a beautiful start to your day. I will definately visit again.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about our stay at Le Mas Vieux! The property is stunning, from the pool, to the landscaping, to the room. All great! Maeva is an excellent baker and made the most delicious breakfasts of our entire trip! Freshly made croissants, breads, sweets (a different delectable treat each morning), homemade yogurt and fresh pressed apple juice!! A soft boiled egg was available, as well as, delicious goat cheese made by a local vendor. My husband said it was the best coffee he had the whole trip. We definitely got spoiled by her breakfasts for the rest of the trip. We met Martine and Jean Louis (owners and Maeva’s parents) on our last morning and ended up talking and laughing with them for a couple of hours! Wonderful and lovely people! We were sad to leave! Le Mas Vieux was the perfect stop for the middle of our trip! It was so relaxing by the pool. We had a wine, cheese and charcuterie for a picnic dinner there one evening. There is a communal kitchen available which was much appreciated! It’s located between Avignon and Arles and about 10 minutes from an enchanting little town called Saint Remy en Provence. I could really go on and on! Book this place! You won’t regret it!

The pool is the best I’ve ever had. 20m perfect for laps, in a beautiful restored country house. The garden, outdoor seating and communal kitchen / bbq made for a perfect summer afternoon. The breakfast was superb, and the house chef makes some excellent cakes and breakfast pastries. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, and the whole place has a beautiful vibe. The rooms were what you expect from a nice provincial home. We can’t wait to return.

From the bottom of my heart, I really recommend Le Mas Vieux. The stay there was such a great pleasure! The owners are super friendly, open, lovely and wonderful people. The breakfast is just heaven - the landlady makes different cakes every day - from macarons to cheesecake with raspberries. For the breakfast you can also eat homemade croissants, goat cheese, honey, jams and eggs. There is also a kitchen when you can make your own meal. Kitchen is fully equipped. Also, you can make for yourself coffee and tea. Swimming pool was very clean and the water in it was just perfect to swim in September. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. You can sit in a beautiful garden with a book and just relax. It was wonderful experience for us, we are very happy that we met such a kind people and spent a beautiful time in their home. I hope we will meet each other soon and spend another great vacation at this place!
