The apartment was perfectly located - that specific alley of stairs somehow seemed less busy than the others, which was very appreciated. My family also liked that there were cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. for us to prepare our own meals. The owner was easy to reach by messaging through the app and buzzing through the buzzer system and was helpful during our stay.

The bedroom was uncomfortably hot since the air conditioning unit that was listed to be in the bedroom did not function as needed. It relied on two ice packs that melted within minutes and required immediate and frequent refreezing - this didn't help however, as it did nothing to affect the temperature of the space. I had inquired with the manager prior to our stay about air conditioning and he assured me it'd be there in each room. When I reached out during our stay to let him know about our experience with the air-mover, he insisted it was not functioning appropriately due to the direction we had adjusted the blades to (we wedged a small box between the blades to assist in circulation but unfortunately, this didn't make a difference and was seen by the owner, who promptly took it out and faced the blades upwards again). We also didn't really appreciate the owner coming to get us out before our arranged check-out time. This was the first time we've experienced this with a host and made us feel very rushed and uneasy.

Excellent location, close to the centre of the Old Town, a minute away from a small supermarket and restaurants and bars. The apartment was spotlessly clean, there was water and juice in the arrival and complementary cookies. The staff were helpful throughout the booking process and all through to arranging a taxi when we left.

Not an issue for us, but there are a few stairs to reach the apartment. Just something to be aware of for people who have difficulty with stairs.

We liked the apartment very much and also Sergio waited for us at the entrance and at the exit he also and he is very nice and helped us in everything I give him a 10, and he also gave us a card of the best restaurant in Dubrownik with a discount !! I recommend it to all travelers, thanks sergio

The facilities and location were excellent. It was like staying in a hotel but in a cosy 1 bed apartment. It was immaculately clean and had everything that you could possibly need for your stay. Beautifully decorated throughout and the staff were very helpful.

A very cute 1 bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchen. Very clean and well decorated. Perfect location in the heart of old town right near many restaurants. The hosts were very personable and accommodating. Great place to stay.

The apartment is located off the main shopping street within the walls of the city. The apartment is compact but very comfortable. The Kitchen is especially well equipped which well equipped with lots of complimentary touches (Fresh, orange and sparkling water in fridge, sachets of coffee, an array of herbal teas etc). The hosts were very helpful and attentive.

Everything was perfect!

Location in the old town very central for all the bars and restaurants! Apartment is immaculately clean and decorated very tastefully. Everything in the apartment seems brand new.

The apartment is positioned up a side street which has 3 flights of very steep and uneven steps. This was ok for us but anyone with younger children or unsteady on their feet would have issues. To meet the owner we waited at Pile Gate the main entrance to the old town as vehicles can not get into the old town. He arrived within 10 minutes of ringing him and led us down to the Main Street. He helped us with our luggage which was good as it’s very busy and a lot of steep steps. The apartment seems to be the bottom floor of the owners own home which has been separated to form a very small apartment. Below it was the kitchens of a hotel/restaurant which started work in the early hours on the morning, this did disturb us although we were able to go back to sleep on and off. Staff from below also sat on the steps next to the entrance to have their smoke breaks on the steps just below so if you had the windows open you could smell smoke and the cooking from the kitchens extractor. The apartment is advertised as having a cooker which is one reason we booked this as having had recent abdominal surgery we needed to be able to cook our own meals. Having bought food at the supermarket to cook we found out that the cooker is for show only and is not connected to electric and unfortunately the food we had purchased could not be cooked in the microwave! This did make it tricky for us. There is no English TV channels which was difficult on an evening when my daughter went to bed as we had planned to watch tv.
