Cleanliness - Bathroom was mouldy in grout, soap dispenser wall mount broken, faint smell of cigarettes in room (possibly from people out front smoking)

The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. Perfect for a stop over. Late check-in was handled seamlessly, and a cot being provided for our baby was really helpful. Room while basic was well equipped was a great base for our family to reset at between activities over a weekend stay.

It was close proximity to the hospital which was the reason for the over night stay
Bathroom was not very clean. Lots of Mould in the shower and no hot water so had to have a cold shower.
Heater didn’t really heat up much, had it on 26 all night and it would of barely heated past 18.
My Parents room couldn’t have heater on because it rattled and banged all night. Weird noise all night in there room.
Website says you can have a meal at the pub but the pub is shut.

The location was great, a short 5 min walk to the park & main street shopping.
No staff in the office at check out time ,sign said 'ring bell on counter' which was rang 4 times & nobody came after waiting 15 mins so left without an invoice.
