Very nice 2bedroom app. Closer to the beach is not possible. Nice swimmingpool. The host was a very sympathic lady and always ready to help out. Thanks for the nice stay

The studio apartment was full of flies, really disgusting. And the wifi was erradict, had to restart the router very often.

Great position, very clean and comfortable

Pretty good location and accomodation for a short stay. Very close to the beach with many restos and bars. There was a small kitchenette with all necessary for the stay, although we were allways out for lunch and dinner. The bungalow is very clean and the size is enough for a couple.

Bungalows in an excellent location only a 50 meter walk from the beach & seafront restaurants. Bungalow was well equipped, spacious with outside terrace & the communal pool was well maintained. Daniella was the perfect host sending a video explaining arrival details (due to arriving on a Sunday) & called next morning to check we were OK. Highly recommend this property for your stay if choosing the Arenal area of Javea. Parking on site was an added bonus.

The master bedroom was a little small (the twin bedroom was a good size) & the queen size bed small, very low & too soft. I appreciate that this is an apartment but 1 small bar of soap for a 4 person apartment was disappointing when not the same household when COVID still around.

Great location. Wifi and AC work really well. The grounds of the property are well maintained. Daniela on the front desk was exceptionally helpful.

Daniela, the hostess was very friendly & helpful, even before we arrived on holiday, answering all our questions. The bungalows are in a great location, right next to the beach and main eating and shopping areas. There is a swimming pool, on site secure parking for your hire car and a fully stocked kitchen. If you needed anything, you only had to message Daniela.

We should have booked a 3 bed bungalow for the 5 of us, (our fault), next time we will. There is only one mirror in the bathroom, so another mirror is needed, if the bathroom is occupied you have to wait to use the mirror and with 5 people that is a long wait!

Near to the beautiful crescent shaped beach and restaurants along the front. Clean studio with small kitchen and bathroom (you can also rent one ,two and I think three bedroom bungalows )Air conditioning which worked perfectly. Lovely pool , never busy , sometimes we had it to ourselves. Lovely walk along the beach and then into the port and old town which was delightful .Daniela the manager was very helpful giving us directions to the property and recommended places to visit though we hadn’t time to visit everything as we were busy with family members who were staying nearby .

Daniela was really helpful and flexible in arranging my access to the property. It was really easy, and her directions were perfect.

The apartment is basic, with one double and one twin bedroom. The small kitchen is adequately stocked with crockery and utensils, and there is a washing machine, too. (I didn't need it during my short, 2-day stay.)

Location excellent will stay again.

Would have preferred ground floor should have asked when booking.

Size of Bungalows. Close to El Arenal beach

No cleanliness in the kitchen (dirty glasses and pans). We did not like the miserable situation and quality of the air conditioned (impossible to regulate it). No protection at all against mosquitos (yet very nasty in Javea. Very high and unreasonable price for this accommodation

Very cozy place, located so close to Arenal beach and all restaurants. There is a kitchen with coffee maker, microwave and fridge and some dishes. It has own private parking area.

We have stayed at 10 locations during our month trip to Spain, Daniela went above and beyond what any of the other properties offered. She is a jewel and made our stay exceptional. I assumed that she owned the property since she put so much joy and effort into meeting our needs. You are very lucky to have her as the point of contact as she is remarkably efficient and her team was also very friendly.

The whole site was very well maintained and managed. Daniela was extremely helpful and available. She sent comprehensive directions personally to me to find the site and re the keys. I felt comfortable as a solo visitor.

Groups of young men over the weekend very noisy. Also the terrace of my studio was directly opposite another one so I didn’t feel comfortable sitting out there, but maybe this was because I was travelling solo. Studio kitchen extremely small with no counter space due to sink and hob. A smaller hob and sink would be better with space for a kettle on the counter.
