Location was very nice, silent and EU district was easily accessible.

The apartment was cozy and spacious, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. It's relatively close to the metro/bus/tram stations so it was easy to move around the city. It was easy to pick up the keys (there's a reception) and the staff is kind.

Clear instructions from the hosts where and how to pick up the keys, no time limit. Good and reliable wifi connection, super comfortable bed, fully equipped (albeit tiny) kitchen. Cozy and practical for a short business stay.
It was a bit chilly when I arrived, but warmed up quickly. A blanket would be a nice touch (on top of the duvet) to wrap myself in if I wanted to read on the sofa. One morning I ran out of hot water in the shower.

The location was ideal for me as I used to live around the corner when I was working in Brussels so I know the area well. The flat was very modern, spacious and well equipped. I used to stay in a hotel nearby when I visited Brussels but it was nice to have more space and the freedom to come and go as one pleased.
The was no door between the bedroom and kitchen so I got woken at night on occasions by the sound of the fridge starting up. The people staying in the flat above pulled the chain during the night which made a lot of noise.

Great location. Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment. We had a lovely balcony. Good value for money. Right beside a nice supermarket and near the tram stop and metro stop.

Thé Flat is superb. It is spacious and in a great location for access to everything Brussels. The entry was easy and the unit very clean. With everything you could want in European fashion. It was in a quaint and friendly neighbourhood. I highly recommend theFlats and would definitely stay again.

It's my second stay with FLATS - this time, I stayed in a very comfy apartment/loft, recently renovated. I was quite happy to return and will look to stay here again for my next trip to Brussels. The location is perfect, the apartments are nicely equipped and the staff is friendly and available.

The flat was extremely well equipped, nothing missing in the kitchen, nice and comfortable furniture, really nice sofa, there is a desk too. Very quiet street. We were very happy with the place and will try to book it for the next trip.
