Thé hotel double charged me and despite ensuring it will be solved, I still haven’t received the refund 2 weeks later

the rooms were comfortable.

the food was awful, a basic order wasn’t met, a caesar salad with no Caesar sauce, chicken satay skewers which arrived with a mushroom sauce, we sent it back the chicken was reheated and the sauce was then a thicker mushroom sauce. the excuse was it was a new chef. after bringing this to the attention of the waitress the hotel didn’t even offer a further explanation.

Hospitality from the staff

Too much of mosquitoes we had a sleepless night. For the food,not a lot of variety.

It is near Wilson airport , so very convenient to Safari departures. They provided a complimentary car to the airstrip. The hotel staff are amazing. I arrived after mid night and they provided me a hot meal delivered. to my room.

Transfer from JKIA was not planned as promised, so one of the guests had to arrange a taxi himself.
