Easy, communicative, great space! Would absolutely stay again.

Great house perfect for two families. Plenty of room and open kitchen/living room for hanging out together. The kids loved the indoor pool at the top of the world. The adults loved hanging in the hot tub after kiddos went to bed. Would love to come back in the summer when the outdoor pools are open.

2 families for a long weekend and we couldn’t be happier. Everything was perfect. Great size, plenty of amenities, close to Shawnee mountain. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Spent a long weekend with 6 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of room for sleeping and hanging. Highlights were the hot tub, fire pit, and indoor pools & tennis courts. Jennifer was super responsive and quick. It is a really quiet neighborhood which was nice to get away from the city.

We thought this home was everything we wanted in vacation stay. We had access to wonderful outdoor spots and charming towns. The home was comfortable and clean and in a lovely setting.

Nice roomy house with plenty of amenities. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the new fire pit . My little nephew especially enjoyed that for making s’mores. Jennifer and Jason were amazing hosts and answered promptly their messages promptly when needed. Can’t wait for the next trip back here!

Very easy process for renting. The only issue we had was finding activities for my grandchildren. Everything we went to do was closed and only there on the weekends. Even the rental of canoes & kayaks as part of the amenities in this community. Very disappointing.

Very nice area, enjoyed the deer & house was in a court so kids could play without worrying about traffic, bedrooms were small (except Master was large) small bathrooms but a very nice home

we had a great time - explored Bushkill Falls, went tubing on Delaware, spent some lazy time at association's pool and had a total blast around firepit every night of our stay. Built some great memories here! Host was super responsive, friendly and accommodative. Thank you!

Wonderful home in the poconos. Holds 6 people well; we had plenty of space. It is close to hiking and was the perfect quiet escape for a couple of days.

The house was great. Especially enjoyed the hot tub.

Great corner property and home in a quiet mountain top community. Home was equipped with everything needed for our stay and good amount of sleeping space and together space. Multiple outdoor spaces give everyone some extra space to spread out and enjoy the firepit, hot tub, lounge or dine in screen porch.

Super happy with my stay; the house was spotless on check-in (check-in itself was seamless). All amenities listed were available, including guest passes, pool table, and the hot tub. Food options are limited, but of course that's due more to the Bushkill location than anything to do with the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, and just big enough to prepare whatever meals you might want to. Extremely quiet and cozy winter getaway that I'm sure is just as excellent in summer!

I really recommend this cozy and beautiful house. Very clean and comfortable. My family and my friends really enjoyed our stay.

This was one of my best family trips. Everyone had a wonderful time and everything was perfect. The pictures online do no justice to the actual home. My family was never bored during our stay, we used the pools table, hot tub and fireplace. Thank you once again Jason and Jennifer for everything.

A great place for a weekend getaway with friends! The pool table area overlooking the living room is great for groups to do different things while still talking and hanging out together. Wish the rain hadn’t kept us from the fire pit!

We had a lovely stay for a girls weekend at the house for October.. Rooms were clean. There were thermostats in each of the rooms and plenty of sitting space in the living room. The fridge does have an icemaker. Good water pressure. There was wood for the fire and they left a grill lighter. The Hot tup was at 100 degrees when we got there. There was also a grill and propane for it. While there are plenty of twigs on the ground, I would recommend bringing tinder and kindling to keep your fire going. Nearby is Bushkill falls. Lot’s of stairs for the short hike, but a beautiful. There is a food store nearby and two diners, Perkins and a family run one.

Pool table not really useable. AC leaks onto deck. Couches are very uncomfortable. Everything else was very nice . We will stay here again ,we come here every year.

Owners were in contact from the day I reserved the house till the day we left. Very nice people. They left us a special gift on the counter when we got there. Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house is great. The owners are great to work with. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit with the chairs. The porches were awesome. Due to lack of staff, most amenities were closed or limited. Boats for the lake are only available Sat and Sun. The indoor basketball courts and pools are closed. To use the fitness center, you need to reserve the time. The TOW restaurant is only open on weekends as well. Each pool has a day it’s closed and each one closes for an hour each day. So, you need the schedules which the owners provide. The outdoor courts are open and you can swim in the little lake area. Driving through the neighborhood is very hilly, narrow roads and getting to the pools, etc. takes patience to find at first. You need your gps! Once you get to one of the pools, it’s great. Beautiful pools. Nice staff. The area in general has a lot of restaurants. Although they’re short staffed everywhere the food and service was great. Bushkill Falls, Camelbeach, Strouds Cinema and Tannersville Outlets were where we visited. Everything takes about 30-60 minutes to get to. We are at TOW, Big A’s, Mullers, Petrizzo’s, Texas Roadhouse and Perkins. Had a stop at Dairy Queen and Johnny Rockets as well. Once we got out bearings, found where things were, we had a great time with our teens. A beautiful deer visited us each day. It was quiet, peaceful and beautiful up there.

Property owners provided a lot of helpful information about the community and surrounding area and were very responsive and helpful when needed. The property is exactly as advertised. The activities at the property and in the community made it a perfect place for a fun and relaxing family and friends getaway.
