Please provide proper TV set, no towels were provided for the kids. The room we were in had a strange sink inside the room and not in the bathroom, 2bed set up was very hard making it hard to sleep on

Nothing. The service at the door was horrible. The gentleman there did not want to assist and was arguing. He failed to apologise even after realising that he was wrong about my deposit being paid.

The rooms did not have any proper matresses. And the family room was not worth it. I could not allow myself to ask my parents to sleep there for more than 1 night. A full refurbishing and refurnishing is needed for your hotel. Please make it happen. The reputation really does precede itself - you guys are a 1 star bed and breakfast. With no nice beds and no breakfast included

Staff was great. Thats all i liked

Room was too small, i mean the pictures i saw from the net, were not even close to what i experienced or expected. Had to take cold shower in the morning i don't know what was wrong with the geyser. All in all i was just not happy. Worse i wanted to take my team there, but after the experience, i decided not to. I mean it would be better if i saw other rooms as well to choose from.

Load shedding, unreliable backup plan

The room was an economy rated one albeit the cost paid. I appreciated that the bed was atleast comfortable and clean.

The cost was too ambitious for what was offered. For example: TV needs to be updated; The bathroom, ghastly and in need of improvement; no fridge, you have walk to a communal kitchen.

Worse breakfast ever, it was literally a mountain of scrambled eggs and fried chicken polonies

the location is great. the bathroom is big and wide enough.

it’s dirty, curtains are old & even lost color, there’s no utensils to use in the room, no microwave. beds are old & dirty. furniture is stained.
