TV was very poor.

Billy was very friendly and showed us the room straight away.

Very Clean and very good service.

We had to pay more money to taxi as it was Sunday and bit away, Best to book uber in advance rather than grab the taxi, we did book uber while return so it was cheaper. Although there is no one who speak English at the time we arrived but we managed it, all the staff did their best to understand our language and explain.

I was there over a weekend alone - there is no reception open Sat/Sun in winter, only a phone number for emergencies. Endless 'furniture dragging' noise at night from apartment overhead, so recommend upper apartments. Nothing on Booking.com site when booking indicated that the swimming pool area was completely locked off by a gate, and therefore not useable. No staff on site to ask about this. I only booked because I wanted to use the pool and it appeared to be open. Also I'd no outside space on ground floor, so expected to sit out at pool area, which I couldn't, however only there a few nights so not the end of the world. No other gripes though!

no essential cooking products e.g salt, oil, tea or coffee stuff. only pots and pans.

Marta, the receptionist was very professional in all her dealings with us, providing information on the area and highlighting the attractions on a map. She also facilitated us staying on in the apartment as our flight was later in the afternoon. Marta also booked a taxi for us when we were ready to depart. All the staff were very accommodating and made our holiday there memorable.

Situated between old and new town - little shop underneath which sells bread/milk/alcohol - all the essentials! Marta on reception can’t do enough to help - cleaners excellent- never stop and spotless. Washing up liquid/cloths/tea towels provided- bbc and itv channels on the tv - got home yesterday and already booked again for next year

The apartment are very spacious and hold all you need to have a great stay, owners take very good care of all! Location is awesome and close to the beach and nightlife. Would definitely stay again!

The location was okay but tired. The apartment had the basics. It looked into the parking lot. The pool was cold, loungers basic.

Some basics in the kitchen - salt, pepper, coffee, tea, oil. The wifi didn’t work consistently - always logging us out.

Tho facilities were good Didn't expect to overlook a car park. A bar would have been good so u could get to know the few guests i did see. Staff were nice good house keeping and reception Sorry i won't be back I'll go back to vale de carros. Sorry.

Balconies a bit small but big enough for 2

5 minutes walk to the Strip. Small, friendly complex. Bars, restaurants shop a few steps away. Everything you need at a good price.
