The villa is not far from the beach. It's in a locked and guarded compound. There are shops in (tuk-tuk) proximity. There is staff handling garden & pool as well as cleaning and cooking(!). The building looks great and is very stylish. Rooms have large and quite comfortable beds with mosquito net. Each bedroom has air condition. Good contact with property manager.

One air conditioner didn't react to remote control, so only on/off was possible. All of them were very loud. However, we preferred them on rather than humidity. Showers do not have houses. The shower head is attached high on the wall. It's not comfortable for adults, not to mention kids.

The house was spacy and cool with a green garden.

The furniture could use a new touch.

It was great. Close to the beach and to the shopping centre.

Its good to let the guests know that the property is on the opposite side to the beach, that they will have to cross the road and only be able to access the beach via public access.

the pool was wonderful. the house was beautiful and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was relaxing. it was both private get seemed secure surrounded by other private properties. the beach was close, and beautiful as ever. Monica is an excellent cook and very kind.

the only things we missed was pot holders (cooking mitts).

I really enjoyed staying there with my family. The staff was super friendly. Monica was fantastic. She cooked delicious dishes for us.

Amazing big villa with private pool, comfortable beds, lots of facilities, close to the beach and with exceptional staff. Monica was more than great. She cooked lots of delicious dishes and took good care of us. We felt at home. Definitely will be back.

There was confusion on our arrival date so we didnt find place ready. But this was sorted out very fast we appreciate that. The advertisement said its a Beach front property and this is not true. Very disappointing.

UnCo ordinated communication between reservation desk and management. Manager was expecting us on 9th while our booking was from 8th. Location on google map is leading to the bacl gate which is unused. Clear direction should be given, We wasted a lot of time looking for the house.
