Posto accogliente, situato in una zona abbastanza centrale, abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina davanti alla struttura e abbiamo raggiunto il centro a piedi in pochi minuti.
Molto pulito e ordinato,tenuto bene,curato nei minimi dettagli.
Proprietari gentilissimi.
Tutto bellissimo peccato per le pareti sottili tra una camera e l'altra, sentivamo addirittura i vicini parlare. Ma per il resto tutto perfetto, quindi merita un bel 10

Very clean and location was within walking distance of shops, restaurants and downtown. Excellent price.
Need an additional hook in the bathroom to hang towels. Maybe under the water heater and take down the picture

Very lovely hosts. Great location, easy parking in the street. The room was nice with aircon, tv, coffee machine and fridge. The bathroom was small but nice and there is a hair drier and shower gel.
I would definetely stay there again.

Comfortable and well located 5 from the piazza.
They assisted me with transport a couple of times and always responded immediately to requests. That was really great!
I can definately recommend.
Sole traveller or couple size is about the only thing I would say.
Being a solo traveller it was fine for me.

everything was super- from the accommodation, cleaning, the attitude of the owners, the recommended places to visit and food, the attention to us - the daily communication with us via WhatsApp. we would gladly visit again

Good location, availability of parking space, and a reasonably comfortable room. The host was very responsive, we texted beforehand to flexibly arrange the checkin time.
It is indicated that there is a kitchenette. Upon our arrival, we found out that the stove does not work. We had to inform beforehand that we had to use it! There is also no kettle, microwave, oven, pots etc. In the end, the host arranged a camper stove and a pan so our problem was solved.
Hot water comes from a small boiler. After two people showers, you are out of hot water.

A well located lodging in Fasano. If you are looking for a private room or small apartment for your travels to Fasano this is definitely out of the ordinary boring lodging. Original and practical. Around the corner is a small pizzeria and just a small walk to the centre of town with bars and restaurants. The owner and his wife are effective and are quick to communicate with you. A nice and uncomplicated stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, and it had all we could need, including a coffee machine. The location was very convenient for us, close to the center of Fasano.
The room is a bit dark, but with the warm and sunny weather outside, we did not suffer too much for this.

I highly recommend this. Marcello and Daniela are very sweet persons and available all the time. The room was very nice, plenty of space, super clean it smelled so good.
Daniela turned on the air conditioning on before our arrival, so after a day under the sun in 30°C was very nice finding a refreshing room.
It even has a little cooking corner, so you can make a snack and keep your drinks cold in the refrigerator.
The room is close to the downtown, walking distant to the stores and restaurants.
If you are in Fasano and need a place to stay book the B&B GianLuis you will NOT regret.
I did NOT find anything wrong or uncomfortable!

The property is poorly maintained. Room not clean, old mattress, toilet seat broken. It’s not a b&b. There was no breakfast, only a hot plate with a coffee maker in the room.

Marcello is a very kind en friendly host,gave us a good dinner adress. The B&B was very clean and nice. Good location en we had a wonderful breakfast!
