It’s hard to cross the street on foot to get to La Rambla

Simple tidy apartment with all the basics. Good location if you want to be on the east side of Montevideo, or close to the airport. Nice to have two full bathrooms. Convenient 24hr security guard service and internal parking. Nice to have a pool, gym and rooftop barbecue area.

Pool and gym were rather neglected. Rooftop barbecue area was left in disgraceful condition by previous users.

The apt is VERY comfortable and well equipped. Views are super nice. Lots of amenities like gym, pool, BBQ, etc. Free parking is including. Location is great if you have your business in the Carrasco Area (far from city center while very close from the airport). Great central air con and heating. Received the apt very really clean

While location is great, you'd better have a car o rely on a taxi service. Closer shops are 5-7min walk. The apt needs a few repairings (kitchen sink and tiles, a few door knobs, tub in the 2nd bath)

Loved it and the team solved immediately any issues (small things like extra towels), super polite and professional

We had a great time and for sure will come back. The appartment was comfortable. I would suggest that the kitchen could have more glasses, plates, etc. Now we had only five of each and being exactly five persons meant washing very often and not possible to invite other people for eating.

There were some maintenance issues.

The heated inside pool was very dirty most days. The outside pool had steps but no railing to get in or out. Important for a slightly disabled and older person
