Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and room with an outside patio and lovely grounds with pool and plenty of places to relax. Staff found us a decent ride to Lake Chapala. Enjoyed the short walk to the main streets with beautiful and whimsical street sculptures, galleries, ceramics, and clothing. Lots of room choices if you want to pay more. We were more than satisfied for the price we paid, with breakfast included.
We didn't have a problem but let them know if you are larger than average so you have room around the toilet. May just be our room.
Other rooms have tubs. Ask about times for hot water.

The service is excellent, if I could give them higher than a 5 I would. Loved the atmosphere, the staff, the pick up at airport, the food, and proximity to everything

HUGE room. Huge complex. Very airy and pleasant. Very comforable bed. Very clean.

Our go-to place for our stays in Guadalajara. The entire staff makes you feel welcomed. The grounds are stunning and location could not be better. The restaurant is amazing and the head chef is creative. And Charlie, the head bartender, is so friendly!
Mattresses need to be refreshed and getting out of the pool was difficult.

It's a great place, clean and comfortable and many of the same employees year after year. Charlie and Mercedes stand out! The restaurant also has great food!

good location f Tlaquepaque, the staff at reception and the restaurant were exceptionally good. parking is good.
rooms …meh. hard beds, small & cramped. bathroom especially tiny and uncomfortable. like the tiny rooms in Europe only crammed with more stuff. Lots of street noise - building shook when big trucks went by. We didn’t really rest well. We have had other similar hotels close by at much better price point. Not a great value, here. Restaurant had great service - food was hit or miss - some good meat dishes but disappointed w the pizza (undercooked dough) (they did credit it off). Put an extra $360 on my credit card, as deposits, which I hope will be reversed. But that is not normal.
