The beachfront location of Aman Beach Bangalore in Zanzibar was undeniably its highlight. Walking along the shore, feeling the soft sand beneath our feet, and watching the waves roll in provided moments of tranquility and serenity. The calming sound of the ocean waves and the refreshing sea breeze offered a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Despite the hotel's shortcomings, the natural beauty of the beach served as a redeeming factor, providing opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The overall experience was marred by ongoing construction, subpar room conditions, and poor service at the alternative restaurant.The overall experience was overshadowed by several significant drawbacks. The ongoing construction throughout the hotel premises was a constant nuisance, disrupting our peace and tranquility. The rooms were a major disappointment, with outdated furnishings, unclean bathrooms, and amenities that were either non-functional or in poor condition. The lack of basic facilities like a TV or coffee pot further detracted from the comfort of our stay. The dining experience was another letdown. Despite the picturesque view from the main restaurant, it was closed for maintenance, forcing us to dine at an alternative venue where the service was subpar and the overall experience was lacking. Additionally, the hotel's lack of transparency regarding the breakfast charge was disappointing and added to our frustration, leaving a sour taste in our mouths.

The beach view from our room was breathtaking...

The cleanliness was not all that.

The mosquito net had holes in it thus useless. This made me feel uncomfortable and I did not sleep well because of it worrying at night. The bungalows has no parking so that was also stressful. The WiFi was terrible so I had to use my data.

The staff members were great and very helpful.

There was no TV in the room, the bed was really noisy and the internet was very weak. It was hard to get things done online

Everything was pretty well. Lovely spacious rooms with A/C. Nice clean beach is just 20m away.

The restaurant on site is awful. Luckily there are many other much better options in walking distance.

Breakfast was OK.

We stayed at S3 for 3 Nights. Fridge and Air Conditioner Leaked. Flooded the room. Reception was informed and Housekeeping was sent. Mopped up. Problem, room flooded again. I fell. Injured my knee.
