What a wonderfull stay we had at hotel Mary. Filimon is a very friendly and funny host and does anything to make your stay comfortable. Rooms were very clean. We also loved the pool. We visited hotel Mary in July and had the pool to ourselves many times. Pool is well taken care of as well. The hotel is 80 meters away from the (sand) beach, shops, supermarkets and tavernes but you don't hear this in your room. It is very quiet. I loved the hike from the hotel to Marathokampos and to the cave of Pythagoras. Both hikes are 1 hour. We also visited the other side of the island (kokkari, waterfalls, pythagorion, karlovasie) by scooter. You can rent those (and cars as well) on walking distance from the hotel. Super clean place with a very friendly family running the business. Very clean pool with convenient relaxing atmosphere. We had a great week, highly recommended.

An excellent hotel, with a fantastic view both of the sea and the mountains, and at the same time a little away from the main road, which makes it quiet. The beach is very close, you can see it from the window. Very clean, the owner cares about guests and about tidiness, is very nice and helpful. If we go again to Samos, it will be only to the hotel MARY.

Filimon is a great host, he made our stay comfortable and he helped us with any problem (like booking a taxi from and to the airport). Rooms, hotel and swimming pool look exactly as in the photos. Swimming pool is being cleaned every day. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we will recommend the place to our friends. Beach, shops and tavernas are very close.

Filimon was a friendly and helpful host - I really enjoyed my chats with him. The pool was lovely and a nice change from the beach when it got too windy.

We have had a wonderful stay at Mary, an authentic and charming Greek hotel at a short distance from the sea and lots of good restaurants. Filimon, the owner/manager, is a nice guy who does everything to help you and to make you feel very welcome. The rooms are clean. The swimming pool and garden are well kept.
