We absolutely loved our stay at Vista Del Mar. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to be walking distance to the town and ocean- but more importantly, a very private oasis away from the noise and night life in Mancora. This location was very family friendly- and our four children enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds and swimming in the well-kept pool. We can't say enough good things about this place. Our stay here will forever be one of our fondest family memories.

The wifi was sometimes a little choppy- especially in the evenings. If you are planning to work remotely while staying at this location, don't plan on being able to work in evening. The zoom calls I needed to connect to or scheduled for the morning, so I was able to complete them without too many problems.

+The pool is wonderful + great view + very quiet + very nice mattress +Breakfast delivered to the deck in the mornings. + Lots of birds + Male caretaker very warm and friendly. It was very interesting to watch him build the brick road by hand/hard worker + Dog friendly. - Housekeeping 1 day out of 8. Very dusty/Sandy and really needed sweeping daily - Ants and big cockroaches in room - No aircon which is ok but no screens on windows so couldn't leave them open without inviting in mosquitoes and other bugs - Shower had 1 shower's worth of lukewarm water 4 days out of 8, other 4 out of 8 nada - As stated under+ breakfast was delivered each morning to your deck but the dishes were then left on the table until the next morning. Not a good idea with ants and cockroaches. - Difficult location without a car - Shower needed a good scrubbing
