I received no communication about the power outage that cancelled my booking at the accommodation, so when I landed in Melbourne from New Zealand, I had to find somewhere to stay last minute. They told me that they couldn't text my NZ mobile number about the cancellation, or it didn't go through? But surely, a phone call would have been more direct, and a better option for overseas guests?

Location, gardens and room was clean

We have stayed there a few times and have always found it excellent. Love the quietness, very relaxing and comfortable.

The room was clean, the heating was effective, plenty of available powerpoints

Toilet paper was very cheap quality Guide book said the TV would have foxtel channels but most of them were not available The after hours reception number was 'busy' no matter when I tried calling No food (room service or in room) available - this was not clear in the ad

very comfy bed and big rooms, very cleanly and great value!

Bed, pillows, linen all very comfortable. room warmed up after a few hours. Please could we have mugs for tea & coffee. lots of milk thankyou. gorgeous location would like to come back wifi not available as we were late arrival (after 9 and had to travel to get there late) number on directory would be good please!

walls around toilet, near shower and behind doors near handles were not clean. covid clean standards please.
