there was no robe's for the hidromassagem bath there was no kettle with coffee or tea there was no disposable slippers for bath minibar was empty.

Despite the fact that it is a 4 star hotel the beds are horrible . Single beds are incredible small and so uncomfortable. Spa is nor free , you have to pay 10 EUR and moreover you need to be lucky to get a free place . They force you to but the cap for spa even if you don't even plan to enter to the pool .( Just market strategy). The rooms smelled bad cause of the cigarettes i guess . We did not stay and wanted to cancel due to the awful bed but they did not allow us you cancel and we lost our money and had to move to another hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. We were house hunting around Leiria and found it to be very central. The rooms are large with fabulous spa baths and nice views. we have stayed in four different rooms (over two visits, the first we booked night by night as we were unsure if we would need to change location) and all the rooms have been great. Breakfast is varied, plentiful and very nice. The staff are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and are really the icing on the cake. We will certainly be back.

Little bit of heaven in an ideal spot for exploring the area. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and charming in every way, they couldn't have made us feel any more welcome. Restaurant and food were great also, spacious room with great view.

The shower was not good, needs improvement. Toilet paper needs to be better. Fitness center was not very clean.

The room was very comfortable. Quite a good offer on TV. Comfortable chairs. And a delicious breakfast with a great variety of very tasty items. What we particularly liked was the staff. Erna, Daniella, Pedro, Tanya and Wesley (I'm going alphabetical here) did their absolute best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A warm and very sincere thank you to them and to all the other friendly staff whose names we unfortunately don't know.

The loud music at the pool, but that's probably our age showing... ;-)

My room was 2 steps away from the breakfast room, starting at 07:30am it was too loud from staff and guests, tried to change rooms because I was anticipating that and there were no rooms available (or so they said), I came to rest and was up before 08am.. breakfast was a bad experience, tried coffee from a automatic machine and from the bar, both terrible. It’s not acceptable for a 4* hotel not having good and fresh coffee, automatic machines are the worst in quality and clean/health. Eggs had run out and because breakfast hours was ending they didn’t bother to bring more even with guests coming in, sausages were cooked with casings.. was not a 4* breakfast experience at all, not a good way to start your day.
