Het assortiment was heel groot. We wisten niet wat we moesten eten. We waren met 4 personen daar. De service was uitstekend en met stond altijd voor je klaar. Teveel om op te noemen. De Indonesische gerechten vond ik schitterend.
Ik kan niets noemen dat tegen viel. Ze hebben lang over nagedacht denk ik om de hotelgasten het naar hun zin te laten hebben.

Breakfast was very nice with lots of options, restaurant was well staffed who were very efficient. Very nice room with large comfortable bed. On the whole a very nice hotel.
Car parking isnt sign posted very well but thats only a small matter.

There should have been a minibar for the family suite, maybe a coca cola can and peanuts.. istead there was nothing at all... ZERO

The staff was friendly and ready to assist. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast menu has a good variation of choice. The pool was perfect for a dip and has a few of the city and mountain (when it's not cloudy)

the parking lot joins with mall so it was quite difficult to find parking especially weekend.

check in was difficult as they weren’t cohesive with booking.com. also, they never explained any details about when breakfast was - only that it would be on the 7th floor. in the room, it’s hard to find bathroom amenities like shampoo and soap as they are put in a drawer instead of displayed.

aircon is a little weak. More tissue and toilet paper should be available and plentiful.

Gym facility is good enough. The access to mall give a lot of convenience to guests.
The breakfast area is too crowded, maybe could improve further.

My first impression of the staff was that they are very customer oriented and always greeted the guests with a smile, clearly seen behind the masks. The rooms are spacious, clean and the shower is complete with toiletries. The hotel was conveniently connected to the mall which was a plus! The room is cleaned daily and the complimentary bottled water is highly appreciated. The breakfast has good variety selection of both local and continental dishes.

Breakfast was very good, a lot of options for Western and Indonesian foods. All of the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Massage and pool area were very good.

i dont think it is 5-star hotel. it is quite run down, water temp unstable, so-so breakfast quality.
