The noisi next door room man speaking loudly in Portuguese during the night. Shouting more than five times.

Location

There were some guest that arrived at the hotel drunk at 5 am and were out in the hallway banging on the doors and yelling for almost an hour. I had to tell them to stop and go to their rooms, staff was no where to be found at that hour.

The heat was closed some nights

The location is very convenient to local shops and restaurants.

The rooms were clean and well kept. It was small, but not cramped.

The room was very comfy and clean, though a bit small. We liked the design and details like doors, handles, tiles etc. Check-in and check-out were effortless, the staff was nice

A small functional hotel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. It is a budget class hotel and represented exactly what we needed.

Nothing. You get what you pay for. It was clean and comfortable and represented good value.

Location - walkable from station but also close to main square. You can catch number 5 bus to the hot springs from more or less opposite the hotel. Room smelt nice when I arrived. Bed was comfy. They looked after my luggage after I checked out and called me a taxi to the bus station. They recommended a restaurant - Tizar - that has good vegetarian options (but is closed on Mondays).

Shower very difficult to control and water too hot. Receptionist kindly adjusted it for me but then it didn't seem to drain very well. Wash basin was tiny. Breakfast was included but all the savoury options had meat in. I had to ask them to make me a cheese sandwich.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was more spacious than expected, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The location is very central in Ourense.

There were two things that ruined our night: the noise coming from the other rooms (particularly a person in the next room talking quite loudly on the phone all night), and the heat! The room was too warm and there was no way to reduce the heating.

i was very well looked after, with the staff obliging and most helpful. I had car, food and direction needs all in English and all answers were very helpful. It was clean with the bed linen crisp and fresh. My requests for cups of tea were never a problem.

The bed was squeaky.

The room isn’t big , but nice and tidy. Beds are comfortable. And has heating system which is on during the night. Breakfast of your choice,good value. Receptionists are friendly. location is good, close to the downtown and has places to eat around and there is a supermarket nearby.
