Best location, vis-a-vis train station and close to the center. + 2min walk to riviera.

Lovely staff, clean rooms and beautiful views!

was not for the 1st time there & hope not for the last: with a good location, comfortable, cozy & silent. the staff doesn’t speak English good but it’s ok coz they are super friendly

Fantastic location with a remarkable sea view that will keep us returning as often as we can. All the staff are friendly and helpful with nothing too difficult to arrange. The room itself is simply adequate with all the facilities needed for a self-catered comfortable stay. The passegiata and beautiful parks are easily accessible and Nervi's charming shops and restaurants within walking distance. Journeys further away (like Genoa itself) can be done via train, either east or west. The apartment is not luxurious, but packed full of Italian charm and character, which we highly recommend. Dog friendly and with safe and accessible garage for the car.

Sound-proofing isn't great between adjoining rooms. Lift has its own character and can not be rushed :)

The people there are very friendly and our staying there was great!!

Concierge was helpful. Pool was good, children enjoyed it and it was set in a lovely garden where you could move when you needed skade. Free parking in garage was good and the location perfect. Close to Beach, the garibaldi Walk, Nervi centre and the train station (small).

The room was below standard. It was dated years ago. The fridge did not work, neither did the thermostat nor the stop button on the air con. No water glasses, bottle opener or sharp knives. Shower head holder was broken and the bathroom light was summing. Chairs in dining area were made of plastic. The lobby area was dated. When I mentioned the faults of the room to the staff, they only laughed and did not even apologies.
