Nothing, the bungalows are very tight, very hot and mine had Bambu rubbing against the outside wall all night, unable to catch any sleep. When I mentioned it in the early morning to the night porter, he told me that many clients had already complained about it. When I asked the manager to arrange a taxi for me for an 8 kilometer fare in to town he quoted me US$ 55 each way, so I declined and arranged my own transport with Uber, 15 US$ each way. Before my ride showed up he gave me a second quote of US$ 25 each way, which I also declined. Quite frankly the most unpleasant stay I have had anywhere in Uruguay, not just highly overated, just simply a rip off !! I received confirmation from Booking that my reservation was confirmed for US$ 135 and when I arrived was presented with a debit slip for US$ 148 !!!! Very very dissapointing

There is construction right next to the hotel right now, it is very loud so it’s hard to sleep in. They start banging very loudly at around 7:30 am, that was very unfortunate. I think they should offer a discount based on this
