- Staff (Fábio) was very nice and considerate; - Good location, it was close to the center of the village and a nice walk to the beach.

Unfortunately, we have quite a long list of negatives to share, specially having paid ~125€/night, and ended up leaving the place earlier. - Starting with what was the last straw for us: in one of the nights, we were greeted by a pretty big cockroach - and the apartment is on the 2nd floor, not the ground floor; - Kitchenette advertised as fully equipped (although lacking a stove and/or oven), but moreover, the provided microwave is damaged and in terrible condition - we did not feel confortable using it at all, so ended up being unable to cook anything - which was one of the main goals when booking a studio instead of a room; - Great balcony space, but with no shading provided, making it basically unusable under the scolding sun for the whole day; - The sofa is extremely old and in very poor conditions. Bedsheets were clean, but are stained. Rug did not look clean at all; - Not all windows have curtains/shutters, so a lot of light enters the studio from early in the morning; - Location of the studio is different from the adress specified - it's a bit farther from the beach relative to the main building. It was not a problem for us, but it was surprising and may not be a pleasant experience to every guest; - A few more minor things, like some marks on the shower floor, the entrance door of the apartment is an indoor door, tape on the ceiling, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows...

The property is located central to Alvor town, the room was comfortable and well air conditioned. The staff were lovely and helped me at all times. Even after i broke the shower head. The staff fixed it strait away. Thank you for a great week for a solo traveler. 10/10 visit.

la terrasse est sympa mais les chaises longues sont à changer. Le dernier soir des bruits de tuyauterie étaient gênants.

Le confort des matelas et les confitures fait maison.

Pas de volets, ni de rideaux occultants!! Textile de jardinage servant de rideau. Aménagement chambre et locaux communs des années 80 et pas rénové depuis. Chambre mal insonorisée (bruits de l’accueil résonnant jusqu’au 2 ème étage). Petit déjeuner décevant (en ce qui concerne le café, produits salés, viennoiseries)

Centrally located. Love the decor and quirky little touches. Staff as always helpful and friendly. It's always a pleasure to stay here

Nothing to dislike about this place

La ubicación, la tranquilidad del alojamiento, la amabilidad de sus trabajadores.

No es que no me gustase sino el colchón no era del todo cómodo y para mí gusto personal la almohada era muy pequeña. Solo nos alojamos una noche porque seguíamos nuestros itinerarios por eso no moleste para que nos traerán otra almohada.

The location is perfect and the roof top terrace is an amazing bonus .
