Die Unterkunft liegt abseits des Trubels von Essaouria direkt am Strand und ist über eine Schotterpiste zu erreichen. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sind die Zimmer traumhaft eingerichtet und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, so dass man sich auf Anhieb wohlfühlt. Alles erinnert an Tausendundeine Nacht. Viele Zimmer haben Meerblick und abgesehen vom Meeresrauschen ist es vollkommen ruhig. Sofern nicht gerade Hochwasser ist, kann man am Strand kilometerweit laufen. Dabei trifft man ab und zu auf einen Einheimischen, der auf einem Esel unterwegs ist. Die Gastgeber Julianna und Mike sowie das einheimische Personal sind ausgesprochen gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Neben der erstklassigen Verpflegung unterstützen sie tatkräftig bei der Planung von Ausflügen und Quad-Touren oder organisieren beispielsweise am Strand geführte Reit-Ausflüge in den Sonnenuntergang. Julianna bietet ein marokkanisches Frühstück, abwechslungsreiche Mittags-Snacks sowie geschmackvolle 3-Gänge Menüs zum Abendessen an. Das Essen ist absolut zu empfehlen. Der marokkanische Minztee ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wer tierlieb ist, kommt in voll auf seine Kosten. Neben einem Pferd und drei Eseln gibt es auch sehr liebe Hunde und Katzen in Dar Danse. Wer möchte, kann auch nach Absprache mit Julianna mit einem der Hunde einen schönen Strandspaziergang unternehmen. Die beiden Pools sind sehr sauber und laden zu einem erfrischenden Bad ein. Sie betten sich geschmackvoll in die liebevoll gestaltete Umgebung ein, die an einen botanischen Garten erinnert.

Es gibt nichts, was hätte besser sein können. Unsere ganze Familie war rundherum glücklich und zufrieden.

Relaxing place with such a laid back vibe. The food was the best we had in Morocco, definetely worth getting the lunch as well. many thanks to the wonderful staff for making our stay amazing! We’ve also appreciated the care towards the animals in the sanctuary, we’ve spent more time than anticipated petting donkeys :)

Just a bit more wifi coverage would help, at least at the pool area.

Very beautiful view in the lonely place. We were just alone in the hotel and enjoyed the silence The food in very nice. From our trip in Morocco the best cousins. Also very pleasant owner. Nice place to spent time alone on the ocean. the beach also is wonderful. Recommend for sure

The water was salt in the shower

The staff was amazing especially abdou and Abdelghni, food was soooo tasty, room amazing, view breathtaking. we have so many beautiful memories to keep and location is just wawwwwww if you like to feel in the middle of nowhere which was our case. I really highly recommend !

The people working at the hotel were extremely nice. Abdul roumy and the wonderful cook. The food was excellent and they where always looking forward to help.

The owners have not been there for a very long time and one could see that the installations where missing a but of maintenance. The rooms where not cleaned during the stay. They where clean at arrival but I would have liked to have my bed made and WC cleaned during my stay.
