Arredamento tipico scozzese, accogliente,personale gentile e molto disponibile.Da provare a cena il loro menù, non male come prezzi considerando che Thurso offre poca scelta la sera.
La colazione migliorabile nel reparto continentale ma accettabile nel reparto uk.

Room was clean and comfy, staff are friendly and welcoming. Quiet and peaceful with nice garden to sit in. Sunday carvery is really good. No car park but plenty spaces up side streets

Good traditional hotel which has been refurbished sensitively. I first stayed here 43 years ago.
Some attention to detail needed in the bathroom. Windows needed cleaning.

Possibly the worst shower I’ve ever used.

Great size family room, a short walk from the coast, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. We also had a good dinner at the restaurant.

In my view an excellent hotel in a convenient location. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a garden view. The staff were very accommodating, and overall the hotel was clean and tidy. Had an evening meal which was delicious at a reasonable price. Cost of my stay was excellent value for money and would recommend this Hotel.
There was nothing I didn’t like, but after a long journey getting there a complimentary bottle of water in the room would have been welcomed.

An interesting building in a good location for town and station. Clean and comfortable room. Good food, great coffee.

The fact it was dog friendly and the room suited us perfectly as we had children and they had their own room joined onto us so they had their own privacy. The location was perfect. Breakfast staff were exceptional couldn't fault them especially Maureen couldn't have been more helpful.
Housekeeping went in everyday apart from 1 which they didn't come at all. On the days they did come in they only emptied the bin and only refreshed towels wen we asked. When they have a policy in place which they didn't follow. Other then that tje room was really nice no faults.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly good selection of evening meals. Fresh porridge and fruit at breakfast with lots of good quality coffee.
Shabby in parts but you can tell efforts are being made to upgrade.

Insulation from noise of other guests could have been better and windows should be replaced at some point, as there was a lot of condensation.

It's pretty and in a good location. The food was good in the bar. Staff were friendly.
It is not accessible. Room was up 2 flights of stairs and there is no lift. The shower in the room took forever to get hot, and this was at 11:30 at night. Had to flush toilet twice for it to actually flush.
