This is a family owned and maintained villa in a lovely position, directly opposite the sea and within easy walking distance of the restaurants in Kiotari. After booking we were asked if any of our party had food intolerances/allergies and this was greatly appreciated and taken into account within the very generous arrival food package. The villa has beautifully maintained gardens offering shade and sun to enjoy the child friendly swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and we have no hesitation in recommending this very family friendly villa to others hoping for a quiet holiday in a lazy sea fronted village.

-) AC in every room.
-) All kitchen supplies you need are available and they even stocked up on the most important groceries for our first day.
-) The garden is very beautiful.
-) There are flyscreens on every window.
-) The Pool was great to have.
-) The Ocean was right across the street. No more than a minute walk.
-) So many ants in the house. They were everywhere!
-) There is a table tennis table, but the paddles are almost broken and there was only one ball that didn't even bounce anymore. So we couldn't play.

beautiful villa, everything was provided and high quality. The owner Lida was very contactable and even waited at villa for us when our flight was delayed. good recommendations from her too. welcome pack in arrival was amazing. Pool area so clean. would defiantly recommend this villa

Overall a great experience at at great location.
There was a lot of squeaky door handles and door locks (but I'm also over-sensitive to sound; so didn't bother to complain). The hot water supply was insufficient for 4 people in April (but might be much better in the summer).
There is a car-workshop in the neighbour yard with some activity from the early morning, but never really noisy. On the other hand; that workshop also makes some distance to the next tourist-area; so it might even bee an advantage in the more busy summer season to provide more calm and privacy.

Great service! Exceptional villa, AC working well, pool was very nice and maintained throughout the stay. The small chapel next to the house was a strong highlight.

Lida and Orpheus were great hosts, warm and friendly and on hand for questions and recommendations. We were met at the property on arrival, and a lovely touch was the basket of food/drink.. the property was a great place to hang out and relax for the six of us, or use for further exploring of the island.
The pool and gardens were especially nice, well maintained with enough loungers for everyone, and we even had some fresh figs and grapes from the trees. The property air-con was a welcome break when the weather got a little hot. It felt safe with a private shaded car port and gate. There is lots of outside space, to make the most of the Beautiful Rhodian weather.. thank you for a lovely stay.

The place was really great, a very nice veranda where we had our breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool was great as well. The temperature was good, not too cold and since it was not too deep we could easily play games in the pool, like volleyball. Bathrooms were fully equipped. The host had prepared a welcome package when we arrive so that the first morning we didn't have to go out for shopping. Cars could easily be parked on the premises and there was a table tennis table to be used in the shades.
Actually only one thing. The beds were a bit hard for some of us which had an influence on the night rest.
