Personale gentile sia alla reception sia al bar per la colazione. Posizione ottima nel centro del paese. Struttura pulita, nuova e accogliente. Biancheria e asciugamani ok. Vi è da fare una scala per salire al piano camere ma l'host si è offerto di aiutare a portare su il bagaglio.

La temperatura della stanza. La stanza è riscaldata con aria e pompa di calore ma se fa freddo e viene accesa poco prima dell'accesso alla stanza ci vuole molto tempo (ore) prima che la temperatura raggiunga i 21/22 gradi.

Cute hotel, very clean in a great and central location of beautiful San Gemini. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable, huge bed.

The bed is quite narrow and not next to the wall. There was a moment I forgot about it and near fell down.

We stayed here for three weeks while husband was on the dig in Carsulae, about 4 kms from SanGemini. The room had enough wardrobe space with drawers- really important when staying a long time. Air con worked perfectly and wifi strength was really good. A small kitchenette with fridge, stove and sink was available for sharing, making tea / coffee and warming up leftovers. Good pressure in the shower. Bed large and comfortable. Manager Luigi was friendly and available to help. Breakfast vouchers were given for use at a Bar Paretti just down the street. Bar Paretti is a popular meeting point for locals to have coffee, pastries, wine/ beer and the best homemade gelato in Italy! Going back to to stay here at the B&B next year!

Prefer a bar of soap to gel in plastic sachets. So bought my own, no problem. Microwave in the kitchenette would be useful.

Convenient, secure, very comfortable place. I normally get an apartment here as I am here for up to 2 months at a time, however the shorter trip this year required different lodgings. The slightly higher cost was easily balanced by the convenience and comfort. The place is extremely secure and the room very comfortable and quiet. There is a small communal kitchenette with fridge. Luigi, the caretaker is conveniently close and simply cannot do enough to help you out if required. Bars and restaurants are a very short walk away. The rooms are two single beds, but recently renovated and well appointed - much better than more expensive rooms in Rome. There is a meeting/conference/lecture room downstairs. WiFi is quick and reliable. Will definately stay here again, and thoroughly recommend it. The history behind the building is also very interesting.

Absolutely nothing.

The owners of this bed and breakfast were so accommodating. The rooms were wonderful. These rooms are located right inside the walls of the lovely village of San Gemini. We were very impressed with the whole experience. I highly recommend visiting g and staying for a few days. For the "breakfast" we were given vouchers at the local cafe. Croissants and cappuccinos each morning with the locals!
