Beach access was easy. And quiet for the location of the main road. Pool and spa were a hit. Any little problems were promptly addressed

I stayed here with my friends, a group of 12, and had an awesome time. Lindsay was extremely easy to communicate with and we had an amazing time. The property was clean, had plenty of space, and all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome holiday house for a week! Heaps of room…nice pool and spa. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need in it and so close to the beach and shops …the owners were great with communication and all in all we loved our stay, would definitely hire this place again. Oooo and the bathtub is absolutely AMAZINGGGG

The house itself was pretty big, with lots of room for a large group/family to fit in. The pool was a big hit with my daughter and alot of time was spent by the poolside. The beds were comfortable and the downstairs was large and open. We just had to be a but careful of when entering and leaving the house by car due to itn situated on a sharp corner, but overall a good holiday house.

We were more than happy with the property. We had a fun filled trip with the fam.

We wanted a large beach house so the extended family could stay together. There was plenty of space and beds, and this was moments away from a quiet sandy beach. The big open plan kitchen was nice for cooking with the family with plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses, utensils and a big oven (but strangely no oven pot holders or oven gloves). The pool and hot tub meant everyone could have a relax despite the cold weather. Lots of space to sit inside on big leather lounges - we liked to watch tv together in the evenings as the two tvs are located one in the lounge and one in the downstairs bedroom. We had a really lovely week here.

Beautiful house in a perfect location. House was very well equipped to meet all our needs, easily accessible or local towns and a very short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this to anyone, we were a group of families catching up with some young children and this suited all of us

Spacious is an understatement! Lots of comfortable spaces in this home - from the kitchen lounge and entertaining spaces to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Just loved it all! Lindsay was very helpful and we couldn't fault our stay!

Brilliant house for larger families or groups in a wonderful location. Everything is there to facilitate a lovely comfortable holiday, all you need to do is bring yourselves and have fun. Lindsay is a wonderful welcoming host.

Lindsay was a great host who communicated well, and was available whenever we had any questions. The house was lovely and close to the beach.

We did enjoy our stay at the property, location wise it was perfect. The house was average, downstairs had a really nice bathroom with a big bathtub and shower. The beds were comfortable and all bedrooms except 1 had air conditioners. The kitchen was well equipped with bowls, pans, plates, cutlery, serving trays etc.. The BBQ was used a lot during our stay. We loved the pool and hot tub, they were used at least twice a day. The Host Lindsay was very responsive and lovely. However I was a little disappointed that it didn't offer other little things that travelers usually enjoy whilst staying at a place like coffee, sugar, toilet spray, more than an 1 extra roll of toilet paper, a few more garbage bags for longer stays etc. I feel if little things like that were added it would make the stay a little more enjoyable especially for the price, just feedback. Not at all negative. All in all we were happy with our stay and memories that were made there, definitely no regrets :)

A perfect layout for our larger group! Great cooking facilities, well designed social spaces and considered decor give this place a cool feeling! Owner was wonderful to deal with and super accomodating. Will definitely be back!!!

Loved staying here, very nice air b'n'b. Very calming vibe, and perfect for relaxing. Big kitchen, lot's of rooms, dog friendly which is a massive plus as we consider our dogs to be family. Communication was great. Easy check in. Would have been amazing if the lounge room area (and downstairs bathroom) had no wooden slats in place of the wall. As some mosquitos got in at night and bit me. Maybe a change to wooden slats the can fully retract and close, would help with this, as there is no way to close the wooden slats that are there. But overall, absolutely fantastic property, host's and experience. Would stay again. And would highly recommend!

Over all we enjoyed our stay, the owner was very accommodating, communicative and friendly. The entertainment area was great well set out, perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable couches. Lots of great DVDs to watch. Netflix accessible on both tvs. Lots of general household items that made the stay much easier. Huge stove and oven, which was great. Outside had a huge table and seating, we spent most of our time outside by the pool. Plenty of shade throughout the day and very private. Nice and close to the beach and a lovely walk, great for the kids. Cafe near by. Shops not too far away. Plenty of parking we got 3 cars inside the gate. Some constructive feedback. Would have preferred if the master was downstairs with the ensuite. Could have done with new pillows most were like pancakes, sounds small but makes for a very uncomfortable sleep. The cleaner needs to pay more attention to the insides of drawers, e.g. there was dried up food and debris in the kitchen drawers. Maybe throw away all the broken things like dead water features, broken sun umbrella and bbq needs to go. For the price I would have expected better in this regard. This property is on a very busy main road and traffic was audible day and night. However, over all we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us!

All you need this home has. Close to the beach and shops.

It was wonderful to find a holiday house where I could bring my pups. So much room for us all, and close to everything...so lots of doggies walks! The house was spacious and well equipped. It rained most of our stay so we didn't use the pool, but it looked very inviting! We had a very relaxing time. Looking forward to my next visit.

Was an amazing house with a great pool and spa, the location was right on the beach and was easy to access. The host Lindsay was an awesome bloke got along really well with him and treated us like adults. Overall 10/10 rating

The pool and spa are luxurious and opens up right from the living areas and kitchen. Tonnes of space in the home, Walk to a beautiful beach and come home for a bbq and a swim. Heaps of air con through the home, We will be booking again, Lindsay the owner was always contactable and helped with any requests when we required assistance. Although the property is on a main road, the traffic noise was minimal and the entire property is very private.

Lovely, laid back and friendly people in Coolum with a beautiful dog friendly beach close by. The property was so spacious and clean and a great have for us and our fur babies. We also loved the outdoor pool and spa area. Great communication with the property owner as well.

We had a lovely time in this property, Lindsay was fabulous at making sure we were checked in and gave us some excellent recommendations for local coffee and dinner options. The property was fully kitted out and spacious. We really enjoyed the privacy of the pool and spa areas and no doubt will be back.

With 5 bedrooms had just what we needed for our big family. Loved the pool and spa. The open plan living area was good. Not far from the beach. Owner very nice and kept in touch.

Great location for beach and local restaurants and shops, beds very comfortable and everything you need to cook etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to friends and we will definitely be back.
