It was tricky to find available sun beds either beach or pool. The only way was to pay extra 150 for a cabana. For us it was a chance to escape from overcrowded Dubai and we appeared to get to an overcrowded Ajman. The breakfast was far too unpretentious for a 5 star. In the end we lost our car keys on the parking and never found.

its was our 3rd time here as we had loved the property and its beach before, but unfortunately was utterly disappointed to see the property detoriating. the pools were so dirty that the water in both kids and adult pool was cloudy, with blackened tiles and algae around! kids pool earlier used to have nice sprinklers which apparently now are left as only tiny water spirts. there was garbage seen on the beach and while the beach was lovely, it had strong smell of fuel on our next day of swim. i had to take my kid out as soon as i realised. all food and drink is overpriced. really didn’t expect it with a chain like Fairmont. will not go back again

My room Didn’t have a balcony. Broken iron and water did not get hot enough

We was very disappointed of the food in that hotel. Swimming pool was pretty cold.

The furniture is old and the rooms need maintenance, especially the bathroom. The restaurant was good, but not at the expected level. needs to be organized staff.

Beach front was awesome. Thank you Tirza (reception area) for being polite and warm hospitality. Thank you for providing us upgrade to our room.

There was not much hot water in the washroom.
