Large rooms

Tv don’t function n d cleaner came 2 check 30 minutes before checkout so there’s no use for that n she told us d tv don’t function before this also but she told d owner different things

The interior layout is excellent, can fit 12 pax and really cosy for family gathering.

Lack of lighter for the stove and not convenient for cooking

The numerous and spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable beds and towels. The lady caretaker was very nice and helpful upon checking in. Great seaview from the rooftop.

No filtered water dispenser. (Bring your mineral/filtered water before checking in.The nearest available stall selling water was a 10 minute walk down to the beach) Perhaps guest should be informed in advance so they can purchase water before checking in. One of the most basic appliances is missing.......a microwave oven. We bought food for supper and kept it in the refrigerator. When we tried to re- heat it, we realised that there was no microwave. There was a cooking hob, but the gas regulator was disconnected from the tank. Didn't know if the tank was empty or full. After successfully attempting to do the connection, the spark igniter wasn't working because the D size battery was flat. We are a family of non-smokers, so a lighter was non existent. There wasn't a spark gun available, too. We had no choice but to eat cold food. Even the batteries for the TV and some fan remotes were flat. The attached bathroom on the 2nd level (room on the left) had a leaking pipe that cause the floor near the toilet bowl to form a water puddle.

Is good for big families

The place is so clean and tidy.. very peaceful environment..

The stove wasn't working and there is this terrible drain smell at certain floors if I'm not mistaken coming out from the bathroom..

The house and rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. It has a nice sunset view at the balcony at the top and i just love the lovely view of the beach from the villa.. Overall it was a 9/10 experience to stay at this villa

Some of the appliances can't be use , especially the microwave, the kitchen stove and the AC controller in some rooms didn't function properly. Maybe they can provide the manual for TV for the next groups comings cuz we're quite struggling to watch the TV at first 😅

the property is a good place for family and friends with a lot of room and very comfortable

1 : thin wall between house,u just speak normally with your friend but outside can hear your voice 2 : ‘Karen’ neighbour, not recommended if u want to have fun or laugh with ur friend because neighbours will complaint too loud

It would be nice to have bedroom & bathroom at ground floor (for senior citizen).
