The apartment was perfectly decorated and had a beautiful pool. It was the ideal place for relaxation and enjoyment.

The place was in a much better state than the reviews say.

The apartment lacks basic needs like salt and pepper. We had to ask 2 times for dishwasher tablets and a dish sponge until they gave them to us after more than a day. Other people in the building constantly used the outside sitting area of our apartment.

The host was very welcoming and easy to deal with. The property was very good for party people such as ourselves. If we was to go again we would have booked the larger accommodation next door.

Could have provided some extra pillows.

We didnt know it is a party villa, music everyday the whole day and young noizy people around. The time when we could sleep was between 2-5 am😔if we knew it we wouldnt go there, we even slept in a car for 2 nights. Everything is because of the zrce festival, without all this novalja is a beautiful town.

Villa Antonio was in the perfect spot only a 2 minute walk from the beach And about 10 minutes to Center novalja. Zcre beach was a short taxi ride away and there’s also a bus stop 2 minutes away. Beds were comfy and plenty of space in the apartment. Pool was also great and very clean. Ozzy was only a phone call away and helped us with everything we needed.

Villa was lacking very basic amenities eg no hangars in the wardrobes, no kettle, or oven gloves. Also only saucepans were available for cooking, no frying pans or oven trays and we were provided with no cloths or cleaning products including soap. The shower door was also broken. Other than these necessities everything was okay, and Ozzy had explained to us that the group ahead of us had done some damage to the property so this could be to blame. We lost the key to the front door and half of the deposit was taken from us as a result (125€).
