Apartment quiet, clean, bright and spacious, with great kitchen facilities, decent sized bathroom/shower and bedroom. European Laundry had washing machine/dryer. Excellent security for parking and getting to/from your apartment, either from street or through the car park. Walking distance to both main street and large shopping complex/eateries.

The mattress was way too soft, making you sink into it, and the bottom sheet wasn't a fitted sheet, so it became all wrinkled/not tucked in as soon as you touched it. The mattress protector wasn't fitted, and so its elastics sprung off the mattress corners and under the crumpled sheet as well.

My family stayed 2 nights for family trip. It was so clean and tidy. I was so impressed that dish washer liquid and washing machine powder was prepared. I will stay one more time if I have a chance to go to Canberra.

It is very good location, nearby many restaurants, short distance to Parliament House, Canberra Centre, Australian War Memorial, Lake Burley Griffin and Australian National University. The apartment is clean and bright.

The apartment was clean and very close to great cafes and restaurants, as well as central Canberra. It was also really warm, even in a very cold Canberra winter. The apartment was very modern and equipped with everything we needed. It was north facing so very sunny and bright inside. Not too much road noise even though on a main road.

As it was in a residential apartment complex, we had to pick up and return the key from a shop 10 mins drive away. We had a car so it was okay, but this would be a problem for people who did not.

The collection of keys was a nightmare. We assumed the collection point would have been close to premises we were staying in not 6-7km away. A unit no. was given which took 10 minutes to find, even taxi driver was puzzled. To return keys was given as a different address but turned out to be same building on a different corner of the building. For two 80 year olds, totally unacceptable. Accommodation itself was great, excellent facilities but some other means of collecting/returning keys needs to be put in place.

The above states all we didn’t like.

We collected the keys from the agency which was easy to find and the staff were very friendly

Apartment was modern, clean, great location near supermarket and restaurants, parking provided, all an excellent standard in a great part of the city.

Only downside was the key collection and drop off, which was located on the other side of the city, with no way to collect keys locally. If we hadn't had a private vehicle and lots of extra time this would have been impossible for us. This added a lot of time and stress to checking in and out for us, as we had originally booked this location specifically to avoid busy city driving!
