I gave 9 not because everything was perfect , but because when I travel, I look for concrete things , that I definitely found in this accommodation 1.it was super easy to find it..So I waste zero time to find it..Very easy the check in and check out 2. It is not just a double room..It is a cozy and very comfortable mini appartement 3. The position is perfect. Extremely close to the city center. Just in front of the house, there is a bus stop, from where you can take the mini electric GRATIS city bus , which makes a round from central train station to the city center and back again, with many stops It is also very easy and near to go to the train station walking 4. There is a covered parking only 30 meters away from the house where you can leave your car.. Peter gave us a card which offered us FREE and Illimitated access in this parking 5.There is very near to the appartement a Carrefour market...You can find there everything 6. Peter is very kind and always willing to help

If I have to say something..I could advice Peter to pay a bit more attention to the details (concerning clearness)

Nice host, free parking at Rapp structure. Classic old apartment and furnishings. Not modern in anyway but classic. Value was very good for the area.

Beds could be more comfortable and furniture was very old.

The owner, Peter, is so nice and helpful, he even let us use the parking after the check out! We had a good experience

In the center of Colmar. Everything in walking distance. Helpful and friendly owner. Able to park close by.

Not much light in the appartement and no view of the city.

Exactly same in the picture. Near location to all the attraction places in Colmar. The host is friendly. I will recommended this place.

Great location

We only spent a night and everyhing was perfectly enough (kitchen and the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the house was warm enough). Also, the location was in the central and very close to christmas market and the centre :) We can reach Peter whenever we wanted and he helped us a lot. We want to thank him a lot :)

It's beautiful decorated just as the l Pics shown . I feel back home. Super comfy. Owner is super great host. Great location as it right in the town of the shopping area

The blankets do need to change to a new set. It's quite old already.

Peter was very communicative....the photos looked lovely....

The building (a former failed hotel) is dilapidated with some windows held up by scaffold. Ths front door and apartment doors were open when we arrived- not good...The photographs used to market the property bare no resemblance to the unkempt, smelly and dirty rooms e g. The mattress for the comedy sofa bed had black mold m ark's...In fact it was so bad we didn't stay more than 15 minutes in this place As the owner said "what did you expect?" It is very cheap and you do get what you pay for - the worst place we've never stayed in!
