We were greeted by the host who was lovely. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The views from the B&B were excellent and it is only a 5 minute walk into Dolgellau.

I received a warm welcome from Dawn, the proprietor. The room was very clean, fairly large and had a great view across a lawn full of flowers, and in a distance, the historic market town of Dolgellau. The bathroom was also very clean, and everything worked well. There was a complimentary breakfast with a large variety of cereals, toast, and a selection of hot beverages and cold fruit juices. There was no cooked breakfast, as had been stated in the booking information. I would love to come and stay again.

A very warm welcome, the bedroom was beautifully kept, clean and decor lovely.
We were offered a breakfast which we helped ourself to, I would definitely recommend staylittle Farm. Fantastic views.

Beautiful view from farm house. It was nice to be in a more country small town setting. The host was wonderful and very helpful. It was a good value.

The views were beautiful
Breakfast had to be made by yourself with a microwave. So didn’t stay for breakfast. There was a guy outside my window sat on a wall picking apples off a tree. If he stood up he could see straight into my room which was creepy. The TV kept turning on during the night - three times I had to turn it off. Very spooky. Didn’t sleep well.

view, spacious shower, good location. 7m walk to town centre accross the bridge with beautiful river. Childrens playground near by too.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was perfect!
We had a very warm welcome and nothing was too much to ask.
Good selection of DVDs available to borrow during our stay and a great selection of Continental breakfast and drinks available.
Lots of choice for food for dinner in the local town a few minutes walk down the hill, though they all only accept cash.
Could do with a sign at the bottom of the driveway, as drove past it using Satnav (however, Google was very helpful at locating the b&b).
No cooked breakfast available, which would have been a nice touch.

Beautiful location and a lovely lovely property. It has everything you need - a really warm welcome from Dawn, with great facilities. The self service breakfast was wonderful, and the rooms were spacious, clean and had fantastic views. We will definitely be returning.

Views from the room where stunning, with seats in the window to really enjoy it as the sun goes down. breakfast overlooked the gardens and hills with the table set up by the window to enjoy fully.
Location is very quiet and perfect for a rest after a long day.
TV comes with a dvd player and a small selection of DVDs, but can bring your own.
Breakfast was self serve, but well thought out and good selection.

Room lovely and clean with a fabulous view. Lady who runs the B&B was very nice and helpful. A place we will definitely come back to, can’t recommend it enough 😊
