My room didn't has TV

The hotel is well situated such that it's close to town, but not in the middle of the action. It's across the street from the bank and the police station and it's only 5-minute walk into downtown Pedasi. Our room was comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious.

Breakfast was ok but not amazing. With all of the fruit in Panama available some fruit would have been nice.

The room was shabby, especially the bathroom. The beds were the worst I have ever slept in and I have travelled extensively all over the world. I spoke to other guests, and they all agreed with the comments above. They need new mattresses as the springs sticking through the mattress were a health hazard. My wife hurt her elbow turning over in the bed. At 5 pm the teenagers in the pool had their own very loud sound system playing and it was unbearable to sit in the pool area. They were splashing all of the guests in the area and we had to leave. There were no staff to be found anywhere. Also when we arrived, it was hard to find any staff and when we left I had to slide the keys under the door as there was no one around. I will not stay here again and do not recommend this until they sort these problems out. No towels for the pool were provided.

Breakfast was the only good part of the stay

The description and pictures of the room didn’t match the reality, we booked a Queen and a twin bed and received a twin and a single bed for a family of 4. TV didn’t work The bathroom was really dirty, cockroaches visible. we only got three towels, apparently check in is only available until 9 pm. very poor service at the front desk

The pool is nice ,stayed open until 11. Everything looks nice and simple. The rooms are huge.

We chose this place because the website said it would take us to Isla Iguana and have soda and sandwiches but when we got here she said they dont do it anymore because of the pandemic. Well they need to update the website !! Breakfast portions are also small.

check-in was quick; the place is exceptionally clean which is really nice; nobody bugs you (I didnt see anybody else while I was there); location is good; everything is well kept and maintained; easy to park.

the only thing that could have been improved, would have been to answer my question RE bfast (when I reserved online, and again at check-in: would it be possible to have a cup of coffee at 05.30am or fill my thermos beforehand (bfast only served at 7.30am) since I was heading out fishing early; could I have something to take along in lieu of bfast ie a banana or an holadre or something just to not go on an emtpy stomach... Or even better, would have been to have a coffee and something. But other than this minor detail all was good.

To be honest in general the hotel was "ok" but have little issues that can be solve. For example: the room was generally clean but we found like 3 dead roaches as soon as we enter, the bed in the minimum movement have some kind of squeaks that you get tire of it at certain point.

It has Beautiful grounds and the rooms were comfortable

The pool was I was really cloudy and needed to be fixed and they had not done that. we were there for five days and we ended up only staying for 4 nights do to the fact that we got bored because we couldn’t swim and we also already gone to the ocean and all over town and everything so it was time for us to leave we forfeited one nights Pay as It was hot and we really wanted to swimming pool. Also it was my understanding that we would have hot water in our bathroom and we did not we took cold showers.
