I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Archipelagos in Rethymno, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the breathtaking views to the friendly staff, spacious room, and convenient location, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the views from Hotel Archipelagos are simply stunning. The hotel is situated in a prime location that offers magnificent vistas of the surrounding landscapes, including the azure waters of the Aegean Sea. Whether it was enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony or unwinding by the poolside, I was treated to picturesque scenery that instantly brought a sense of tranquility and serenity. The staff at Hotel Archipelagos played a significant role in making my stay memorable. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff members were always attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. As we were celebrating our 5 year anniversary we were even surprised by an upgrade to a room with a double balcony. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any queries or requests made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. It was tastefully decorated, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep.

Blackout curtains and more variety in the breakfast selection would have been nice.

A good walk is needed to get to old city. But its very manageable.

The OWNER IS THE HIT. He was so friendly and has welcomed us just fantatsticly. He explained everything and gave us many useful informations about the old town and the best restaurants of Rethymno. The Hotel is right beside the Sea. And also has two more pools...and some rooms got a little Pool on their balcony. The old town is just a 10 min Walk away.. also the interesting local restaurants in the opposite direction. Just perfect for us.

Exceptional service, great location for snorkeling and right in between the tourist areas and the the local places to eat.

The breakfast was simple snd ok but for the money should have been much better To get to the unit we had to take 3 lifts. I know the hotel is on a slope but it took a while to get up there We have been in Greece for 5 weeks now and this was by far the most expensive hotel. Our room and view was lovely but I did not feel we got much value for the money

Lovely hotel with a beautiful view of the sea and old town. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested a high room and that is exactly what we got - perfect! Plenty of local shops nearby and the walk into the old town took us around 15 minutes. There is lots of free parking too which was great for us. Also recommend the greek salad from the pool bar... delicious!

Stellios and his team are lovely! The hotel is in very good condition (must have been recently refurbished) and is in an excellent location (a 10 min walk from the Fort and old town)

The hotel is very convenient to the old town, only 10 mins walk. We had a room with a gorgeous view over the sea and the fortress. The beds were really comfy too and there was a quiet little beach directly outside the hotel.

This is a great place to spend your holidays in calm & clean atmosphere. The hotel is not in the city center and far from the noise in the night. There’s a supermarket in 10 minutes’s walk with great prices and everything you’ll need. The views are mesmerizing. probably the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. Especially on the upper floors, you get the most amazing horizon view! Also, the owner of the hotel takes individual care of every guest and gives great recommendations on where to visit in Crete!

Crete is gorgeous! The excellent staff, and facility are wonderful. A great breakfast. The views are spectacular & the rooms w/private pool an unsurpassed value. Stelios the owner is so nice, friendly, caring, and works so hard day/night; amazing! Thank you for everything. Loved it all.

Location to sea, and town, elevated pool and seating area looking down onto the sea. The rooms had sea view and also very clean with everything you need. Smiling staff who were very helpful. Short walk into Town.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Mr. Stelios, the owner welcomed us and said goodbye at the end, giving the stay a very personal touch. The hotel is very modern, rooms look very very nice. We even got an upgrade to have a room with a pool of our own, which was amazing. The views of the sea are spectacular. Will definitely stay here again!
