The location, the friendly owners, the furniture and the quiet surroundings.

Breakfast was standard. But, given the pandemic regulations (we were alerted about not being able to have a full breakfast in the house) it was OK.

Federico the host was very friendly, hospitable and helpful. He provided excellent recommendations for places to visit during our stay in Viterbo, and really knows the area. He accommodated our arrival at a time earlier than expected with no problems. He also provided an historical overview of the building and room. The room itself was one of the best guest rooms in a B&B or hotel in which we have stayed - complete with kitchenette, private courtyard, large refrigerator stocked with breakfast essentials, well-functioning AC, a good coffee maker and they even provided orthopedic pillows. We would gladly stay again and hope to return. The location is perfect for visiting all of Viterbo and being able to return back to the B&B transiting the medieval quarter.

I really cannot think of anything to fault the facilities or service. I think this is one of the best B&B / hotel guest rooms in which I have ever stayed.

Excellent location in historic Viterbo minutes to everything…..restaurants, bars, shopping, sightseeing and more. Our host Federico and his family were gracious and accommodating throughout our 3 days. He was only a text away and responded almost immediately. Full COVID protocols were adhered to. In lieu of serving breakfast due to COVID, the mini fridge was well stalked and the coffee maker set to go at all times. The beds were extremely comfortable and the a/c added to the comfort as needed. The 2 rooms are definitely separate affording privacy to each. Wishing Federico and his fiancé a wonderful on their upcoming marriage in September and we hope you get your wish to come to Toronto in the dead of winter to experience the cold and snow.

There was NOTHING to dislike and absolutely everything to like about B & B L’Incontro Residenza

Everything was shiny clean and tidy. Wonderful building and amazing service, full of attention for the clients. A very nice breakfast was provided, although not in a buffet for COVID safety measures.

Some of the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are quite steep, so it's probably not suitable for all. Given how Viterbo is built on a hill, the parking is ten minutes away from the B&B.
