The room was comfortable. It was clean. Centrally located

TV connection was very very poor. Breakfast limited and prepared beforehand. No lift - not ideal for people who cannot go up the stairs.

Beautiful place to stay. Rooms are perfectly designed, with everything you need and more. Perfect details. Comfortable cosy beautiful rooms.

Very nice and cozy. The apartment we stayed in was beautifully furnished.

We had also room for breakfast which was in our apartment and it was monitored by a camera (probably because the breakfast was already on the table the night before) so that we would not have the breakfast sooner. We found this supervision awkward, unsettling and unnecessary, since there were already only three portions on the table why would it have mattered if we ate something before morning if hungry?

Really nice and cozy, boutique like type of accommodation- lots of small but very well thought details all over the place. Close by parking , easy to find, easy to access. The fresh small of the laundry made us feel like home.

The wi-fi was not working properly and our roaming didn't have the best of reception in this location but it was not too much of a deal for us.

We booked this accommodation an hour before arriving and we found a gem, una meraviglia! We were given very clear instructions quickly on how to park and self check in, and we got a lovely surprise when we got in as we hadn't even realised the view from the terrace which was beautiful! The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated in a rustic style and the breakfast set up is brilliant, fully self sufficient but plenty to full up on. We liked it so much we added a night and will undoubtedly return. Gavi itself is a wonderful town to wander and we had an amazing meal at a local restaurant. We had Internet issues at one point and we were actually working that day, and the owner went out of his way to help us out. He is such a lovely man. All in all a wonderful find! Grazie mille per tutti!

What an absolutely brilliant place: the room was fab and the terrace was amazing. Right in the heart of town and conveniently located to many restaurants and bars. Breakfast was excellent and the host (Toni) was delightful - he came for a chat, to check we were ok and if we needed anything. Parking was really easy and very safe and convenient.

Everything with the B&B was perfect - wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We only came for one night (a stopover on our travels) and made the mistake of that day being a Monday as lots of the restaurants are closed (as is the norm) - if you have a choice, choose a different day. However, we did find at least 2 or 3 places to eat that were excellent!

Really nice breakfast, place was wel maintained, very kind and responsive host, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, free parking, beautiful view, nice neighborhood.

Very well apointed room with a spacious bathroom and a great balcony overlooking the river. Everything was exactly as in the photos. Our host was extremely pleasant and responsive, and the breakfast was simply exceptional! We hope to be able to come back again!

Very disappointed, We arrived late around 10 PM and there was no reception and when we rang the bell the receptionist came and shouted on us because I guess we woke him up. My wife was really traumatised and she couldn’t sleep because she was scared.. The room was very old and we have to Cary all our bags on the stairs and no one offered to help us and the area was not safe to leave some of the bags in our car. We ran out of the room very early in the morning.. worse experience ever, it was really a scam. I’m very surprised that it has high rates on booking

The place is beautiful! We had the best sleep there, it was quiet and warm, you only hear the river outside during the night. Our host was very nice and welcoming and gave us all the necessary information to reach the facility. Lovely breakfast as well!

Bull's eye central location. Very quiet and clean. Earnest effort to maximize comfort in an ancient building. Very kind and helpful host. Great parking garage just a block away. A fine place to get to know a distinctive and historical town. Plenty of hot water and great rainwater shower. Appreciated Toni's help in bringing our bags up the stairs. Lovely view of the river. Excellent "budget" accommodation.

Breakfast was rather basic. Radiators were on a timer that we couldn't control; rather cold much of the day. Our room and the "breakfast room" down around 14 steps. Would happily have paid for a better breakfast and a change of towels. Meant as a constructive criticism. A slight price increase to accomplish same would suit more travelers and still support the owners.

The location in the centre of the old town is great, the room is comfortable and Toni was very communicative prior to and during our stay.

Sadly we felt the breakfast let the place down.

it is a truly little gem this place, very cosy, very spacious and made up to fit the style of the structure! we were so surprised by this find! we truly enjoyed it!
