Il proprietario gentile e accogliente.
La struttura lascia il tempo che trova. Il letto scomodo e rumoroso. Il lavandino si trova fuori dalla stanza quindi abbastanza scomodo. La pulizia non era il top, ma per quello che abbiamo pagato forse non si poteva pretendere di più!

Vétusté invraisemblable , pas de lavabo dans la salle de bain , moustiquaire abimé , cables électriques apparents de l'éclairage , fenêtre difficile à fermer . Au moindre vent la porte et la fenêtre font un bruit insupportable .
La cuvette des toilettes n'est pas correctement fixé , surnommé par l'hôte la balançoire !
Pire celui-ci étends le linge à 2h00 du matin pour ensuite écouter la radio . L'ironie est qu'il est demandé de ne pas faire du bruit la nuit avant de confirmer la réservation . Pire expérience via Booking.com

Dragan, l'hôte, est venu nous accueillir dès notre arrivée. (Bien que la nuit soit déjà tombée) Gentil et souriant, il nous a donné des conseils pour notre visite de Krka le lendemain.
Une terrasse sur toit est disponible avec le logement, c'est super de manger là haut.
Le matin nous avons rencontré sa mère qui nous a parlé en Croate (ne parlant pas vraiment croate je ne peux que supposer que c'était du Croate) avec beaucoup d'intensité, de gentillesse et de générosité.
Une expérience à vivre, deux personnes adorables à rencontrer.

If you want to stay in a traditionally Croatian place, this is your place. A place full of plants and a very pleasant terrace for lunch or dinner outdoors, or a glass of wine. Our room had a bathroom and we were also able to access the kitchen to prepare a salad for dinner. The house is located on the outskirts of Skradin, you can walk or drive there. We wanted to stay here because of the price and because it was very close to the Krka park. We were passing through to another place and it was good to stay here for that reason. We were served by a very nice and kind lady and then a guy.

Everything was superb... If you love old, authentic dalmatian houses, then this is a spot for you. Hosts are absolutly amazing and friendly, and you get a chance to taste their homemade products. Both vine and brandys were excellent in combination with a perfect view from a terrace.

Dragan and his mother were so hospitable! Gifted us a few jugs of their home made natural wine and some home made snacks to go along with it. Definitely recommend staying here

Lots of nature. Feeling as in joungle because of birds. Hosts are very kind.
Musty damp smell. We couldnt sleep there due to my astma so for second night we booked somewhere else. There is no sink in apartment. Apartment is combined from sleeping room with bathroom and kitchen separateted from apartment.

everything good, its very simole place but in good lication if you want to see Krka national park. its very good price and very fine persons working there. if you want to feel more montain people spirit and to see how they are living - its a very good place. also you will be offered to try home made wine on raki, or even to buy. It was interesting, highly recomending!

Dragan and his mother were exceptional hosts. They immediately made us feel welcomed and at home in their spaces, and were so very generous with their time, sharing stories and advice (and some homemade treats!). Their lovely presence made the stay a very memorable one. The building is lush, and the terrace on the roof is an amazing place for enjoying meals and just relaxing.

We washed our clothes and hung them up
On a rooftop terrace. Another tenant, not our host, gave us some delicious fruit that we’d never seen before called žižule. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

No warm shower// COLD SHOWER. Not very clean. couldn‘t find wifi. payment only in cash (had to drive to the next town for an ATM and pay high exchange fees. No offer to transfer the money digitally). Hosts were friendly though.

Very friendly staff, very helpful - gave us a lift to the bus stop. They also gave wine and grapes to us during our stay

It was quite cheap compared to other places. We also got some from the wine of the house as a gift. The host could not speak english or any other languages but croatian however she was very friendly.

Family that lives in house is very nice. They are welcoming and polite. It is hard to write bad review when they are so nice; but this is about my stay, not about them.
Bed was very uncomfortable. You could actually feel the springs. My back was hurting for next two days.
Room was dirty. Lots of dust, spider webs, and dead mosquitoes on walls.
Internet did not work. There was wife, which did not reach to bedroom, and internet did not work at all. There was no data connection.
Grandmother that lives in house starts using old electric or mechanical iron at 7am. I do not even know what's that, but it sounds like broken washing machine and it's super loud.

The location was perfect in a calm village close to supermarkets and restaurants. The owners were kind and attentive.
Air Conditioning since the cabins were very hot (August weather). We had a fan but I think they should invest in A/C.

The host and his mother (who is also the manager ;-)) are very nice and helpful. The patio is fresh with all the plants taken care of, compared to the outside heat. Even swallows love the place. Appartment is simple but well equipped. Place is walking distance to Skradin where the boats start to Krka park. A great time there !
Do not forget Mosquito repellent !
