The staff was helpful and friendly. I liked the yogurt at the breakfast buffet. Would come back.

My friend drove me to the hotel so it wasn’t a problem for me, but the location is a little bit inconvenient if I needed to go there by myself.

tucked behind another building . Taxis and Uber driver did no know where this hotel was located. I did not see a snack bar or a convenience store close by . if there was a a bar or some sort of eatery where was it located? The front staff did not give too much info about the hotel in detail. The wi-fi was very slow and did not work too well. All I can say is that the cleaning staff were excellent in keeping the hotel as clean as they could . I will probably not stay at this hotel again for the reason of location and no amenities.

the food was not what we expected, we have stayed at City before in Tapachula so we knew that breakfast wasn't that elaborated but here it was just fruit and bread with jelly. We didn't eat there at all and wouldn't stay there again for that reason, we went there to have at least breakfast for the day and it was very disappointing to see that if you want eggs or formal breakfast you have to pay for it

Booking had the location of this hotel incorrect. It is actually 2 blocks west of where the map was. Which made it farther away from the beach we wanted to walk to.

The place is very well kept. The front desk Krystal is always there to welcome me.
